I have entered a VAT payment as a refund in error - how do I remove this transaction?

The window opens but nothing plays

this is what Quickbooks suggests below however when I click customise it shows nothing for adding or checking boxes for %. In the Find report by name ▼ dropdown, select the report that you want to open. Select Customise. Select the Rows/Columns ▼ dropdown. Put a check in the % of income checkbox. Note: % of income comes only in case of Profit and Loss report. Select Run report.

If I try to do this action for any of my linked accounts, I get the same error. All transactions are still being pulled through at the moment, but I'm concerned that connection will be lost.

I am trying to setup a construction company and need to add projects/sites which google and Quickbooks says it has but I can't see it anywhere.

i need to set up monthly paid invoice reports, showing invoice numbers, their amounts paid and the date of payment. How do I do that?

The only way I can rectify is to delete details of the payment in Taxes or delete payment from my bank register. Either way the payment is then missing from one of them?

I don't seem to be able to match these as the amounts are not the same. I keep getting duplicate entries- 1 for the full payment made and another for the paye amount that has been processed through payroll. Is there any way around this as or do the bank transactions for PAYE and dividends need to be made seperately? Some have already been processed so I am trying to go back and reconcile them and the current account balance is out.

When you go into a sales invoice, pop ups appear for Paypal & Go Cardless. The new 'improved' format was supposed to cut the number of clicks - but these are still popping up like unwanted pimples. The guidance on Google seems to only apply to Desktop and the other guidance on community, for some reason will not show when you select it???? I spent sometime on chat and after completing meaningless tasks such as clearing cache and changing browser, my chat closed. We do not use Paypal to collect funds and we never will. How can I get rid of it. Pop ups are blocked in browser, so is this part of QBO?
