I need to reconfirm consent for my bank accounts linked to quickbooks for transactions. It keeps coming up, unexpected error?

When i go manage accounts, both in red as my consent has relapsed. I press on the one I need to consent to, when it loads on the next page, it comes up unexpected error

Is there a way to send the invoices our payments to Intuit to an A/P E-Mail that is different than mine as primary admin or should I add an A/P user so they can access?

I can export PDFs of the invoices and send to A/P, but would rather them receive or access the PDFs directly.

A supplier sent 2 extra payments. We agreed to split the credit 50/50 between the next 2 invoices. I created credit notes. How do I match the bank transactions?

A supplier sent two unscheduled payments: one was a duplicate of an already paid invoice, the other was random. We agreed to credit the overpayments to future invoices: in fact to total the overpayments and split the credit 50/50 over the next two invoices. I created 2 credit notes and I applied 50% of each to the current open invoice. The remainder will go to next month's invoice. So far, so good (I think). But... I have two unprocessed bank transactions sitting in QB and I don't know how to post/ match them. What do I do with these amounts that we received? (Normally income received matches exactly to invoices, but these do not).

It doesn't give any error codes. Just says "unexpected error".

When I'm in my tax report for the previous financial quarter to check tax classes, if I edit an entry, it kicks me out and I have to re-run the report every time.

When I want to prepare my tax return, I run the tax code report to make sure things which should be Z aren't under NO VAT for example. Any which are, I click on to, change and save and close but now, when I do that, each time, I go back to either the dashboard or my expenses list. I then have to go back to reports > Custom report > report by tax code and re-run the report. I have a screen recording but dont seem to be able to attach it.
