Unable to sign in on Android App

When trying to login to QuickBooks app on Android I get the 403 error and unable to login. This is the same if I use biometrics, username/password or text a code. Tried using 4g and WiFi and still unable to login. I can login using my computer

Landlord Expenses

As a landlord who pays expenses which includes VAT, how do I adjust P&L report to include VAT paid so I can reconcile to manual records please?As I am a landlord, I am not VAT registered so my MTD filing needs to include the VAT I have paid as an expense. Currently standard report P&L nets off the VAT paid and excludes from the P&L Thank you

Hi team, in Quickbooks online UK, we have customer greeting (Dear [name]) checked in the email section for custom form styles for each applicable form, also under account and settings > sales, but its still missing from emails sent to customers Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

The link to HMRC to submit Vat returns is no longer on the 101 report

When the VAT period has ended I have always been able to click send report and that linked to HMRC. That Link has disappeared

Please fix the interface or revert back to old QB

The new QB layout is awful. I have a standard size laptop and cannot click certain buttons and do basic tasks because of the janky layout. Experts have no solutions. I have been using QB for years and used to love this product. Everyone at the office is seriously begging Intuit to fix this.

GoCardless matching never ending issue

It is only me or there is more with same issue.For past month or so I have never ending GoCardless banking matchin issue.Payment get's logged and recorded on invoice, but on banking I cannot press match anymore. This happened few week ago, then was ok for a week or so and again same issue.At least invoices are getting logged correctly, but I always need to exclude now those payments.Was all good for years and now is always problem 😕😕
