I am continually getting an "error occurred" message when attempting to enter a Direct Earnings Attachment. This is the second employee this has happened to in the last fortnight. They just won't save, and all I receive is the "error occurred" flashing up at the top of the screen. I thought it might be a browser issue, but have tried "Edge" as well as my usual "Chrome", to no avail.

Hi All I understand that VAT is calculated per line item for a given invoice and then is rounded to 2 decimal places and I can calculate this correctly by hand. However when I add a X percent (in my case 2) discount on my invoice no matter how I calculate the VAT (so 20% of the 2% on the discount amount, or 20% of the 2% per line item pre quantity, 20% of the 2% per line item post quantity...) I cannot calculate the same number.. I have multiple invoices and no matter what I do some methods work for some but not for others to calculate correectly. Does anyone know the correct way discount percentages are applied to invoices? Invoices are entered ex vat.  Many Thanks

I use cash receipt to record sales not invoiced, but the VAT column has disappeared so the sales are all showing net and aren't being included in the VAT return?Any ideas?

Where has the receipts tab gone? ist no longer on the screen. Its disappeared. It used to be at the top with bank transactions and rules.

App scanning invoice stopped working. Tried reinstalling app etc but hasn't worked.

My QuickBooks Quick Snap will no longer upload photos. I have tried uninstalling the app on the phone, but it still doesn't save the photos

Hi UK Community, Given that the below functionality is not available to UK users of QBO (apparently it's being developed but QBO can't give any timelines on when this will be released to UK users - not helpful), I was hoping for some suggestions for employee expenses management apps/systems that are good, don't cost a fortune and integrate well with QBO?  We are a team of x 13, managing expenses on Excel spreadsheets and paper receipts and it's just not efficient or sustainable (it all filters through me - as the finance manager, I have to enter all employee expenses into QBO and it's taking up a large amount of time every week). https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/expense-accounting/set-employee-expense-management-quickbooks-online/L24mgzaT4_US_en_US?uid=me6uthjl
