For some reason I am unable to click on “ Add product / Price “ button, yet to add customer and select the due date works perfectly fine. I am due to forward 2 invoices over this afternoon and am unable. Please get this fixed. Also may I just add the original layout prior to update is way more easier and much more enjoyable. thanks  

On producing a new invoice it will not let me add a product or service

I have edited the address to show Essex but the invoices still comes out with EX rather than Essex.  is there a way to stop this abbreviation

Hi all I'm relatively new to using quickbooks and would like to import some historic ebay data that is older than 90 days old. I'd like to be able to categorise the transactions as the data is uploaded. The extract I have from ebay captures a broad range of headings such as total sales, postage, insertion fee, final value fee etc.. If anyone has any links to video explainers, or actual examples, that would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance all. Andi

Got a new phone and now there isn’t an option to add payments from my invoices

Since yesterday the option in my Invoices to record payments has disappeared. I use the QB sole trader app on my iPhone and not been notified of any such change
