I amend the message but the invoice or reminder does not update the change
This is using QB Self-Employed. My correct address is showing in my account but my old address is still showing when I send an invoice and I can't see where to change this.
Hello everyone, I’m an instructor at a charitable training centre preparing adults (including those with disabilities) for workforce entry. Our accounting curriculum spans three progressive levels over several months, and we recently transitioned from desktop software to QuickBooks Online to align with industry practice. The problem is that the standard 30-day trial ends long before our courses conclude, and it feels unfair to ask students to pay for a subscription to learn software they will almost certainly purchase later or work for someone who already pays for it. I also don’t understand why accountants receive free QBO accounts to attract clients, yet educational programs, guaranteed to produce future QuickBooks users, are left unsupported. Has anyone here successfully arranged: An institution-wide QuickBooks Online license covering multi-month courses? An extended trial or educational plan specifically for nonprofit training programs? Any advice, contacts at Intuit, or experience
Why does my app close after I enter a journey in the mileage section?
We purchase materials, and pay subcontractors, to repair properties on behalf of Landlord's. How do I record purchases (materials & labour) to a specific property on Quickbooks, and then how would I link that to the Landlord, so that I know how much to raise an invoice for at the end of the month?
No options to chat or call anyone about this either now too!
I heard that this year the name of my account was changing from self employed to sole trader and some of the functionality - has this occurred ? - Im away at sea so only get sporadic access. Why has the help chat facility now non existent ?
I've just logged back on to do some tax work. I was a few weeks from finishing all my transactions for 2024/25. I was scrolling down the transaction list and for some reason it cuts off on the 14th November. What's going on? To clarify the bank has been resynced to QB so I have no idea why it's showing everything up to November 2024.
When i chose the "package option" it gave me a start date from today, but I wanted to start in April really.
Under one of my suppliers it is showing a credit. I do not know where this has come from. How do I remove it and still keep my balance the same
After i use a recurring template , ie a monthly supplier invoice , it used to be removed from the reminders list until the following month . but now it stays in the list with a next date of the one i've just entered
The director made two payments for the payroll i.e. 500 on 1st May and 33.34 on 11th July. I am having difficulty in matching these payments with payroll for April.
Dear Forum Members, Does anybody have issues logging-in? We have found that the login process has become excruciatingly slow. After we have entered the email address, we see a choice of options: passkey, password, SMS, email code, ... None of these react when we click on them. Is there a solution? It will not let me get passed this screen, i save it and it just keeps looping back around? Does this mean my client hasnt been using quickbooks?
