Most customers want Monthly Statements of Account in Excel but the New --> Customers --> Statement option sends them a pdf. At the moment I'm running the Accounts receivable ageing detail, filtering it to a specific customer, exporting it to Excel, re-doing the formulae and then sending it as an attachment. I can't do this for the 100 odd customers so I do it for a handful but it's a pain. Is there a way to do this in bulk from QuickBooks?

Using Quickbooks app on iPhone

I tried to edit my Invoice template but even there I can't see the option where to add Payment Options. I tried to follow an older response on here, but I don't see those options in the settings... Help! I am also getting a lot of errors with other things, too, it used to be easier last year - has something changed?

I have entered payment details and a logo but they don't show up on my invoice. I have had two long customer service conversations about this and they just tell me it's being looked into and is a known fault. Surely this is the most basic thing an accounting package should be able to do? Has anyone else had this issue?
