I have a non-profit client that just migrated over from desktop to online in the last month. When trying to establish direct deposit for their two employees and automate the payroll tax payments, their account was put on hold. Intuit requested bank statements and some other documents to verify the responsible party for the entity and that they were authorized to perform payroll, which we provided to them the same day they were requested. After that, the account hold was not removed and there was no further communication from Intuit regarding the status of the hold until I had to call them to find out. I was told that the risk team flagged the account as exceeding their risk thresholds, and that the account was indefinitely put on hold. I was told that there is no way to ever get the hold removed, and that the risk team would not be speaking with anyone regarding this account or the specifics of what risk threshold was exceeded. I spoke to three different people via Intu
Ok. Here it goes. After 4.5 hours on the phone with QBs support, I got nowhere in closing an account that they are charging our former accountant over $1000 for. The claim that because I am not the primary admin (she is dead btw), that they cannot close the account. I cannot become the primary because the primary - the one that's dead - cannot give me permission. I never met the woman! I don't know who her estate manager is! And they are not writing me a notarized letter anyway!!! Now here is what I do know. QBs let me move all the information in that same QBs account - the one with the dead primary account manager - to QBO. They let me have total access to all the information. No problem. Because Intuit is an IMMORAL, MONEY GRUBBING company!!!!. "Here is all that private info - no problem. You want to close the old account that we gave you all the information from? No! We need a letter from t
I want to run reports that match our budget and committees.
Our company uses QuickBooks Desktop Premier. We have switched from using memorized journal entries to using memorized deposits for recurring customer payments. These deposits do not hit an income account, they are funds from intercompany entities and sales of scrap metal. When we used the journal entries and included the name, the deposits showed on the customer account. But now that we have switched to memorized deposits, the deposit does not show on the customer account. How can this be fixed?

When I print out checks they are not printing the number amount and the date. It prints out the written amount and the name and memo but not the other two. How do I fix this?

When I re-enter transactions and go to reconcile again, the beginning balance is no longer zero but shows the ending balance from the last reconciliation done before I did all the deleting. How do I undo the reconciliations of the deleted transactions?
It says my pipe drive Link is currently unavailable for my current QuickBooks subscription. When asking AI it says it's available for all QuickBooks subscriptions as long as it's cloud-based. Not sure what to make of that? I'm very new to both programs
How can I connect the missing transactions?

The csv file was created by MileIQ. I didn't change it. I uploaded it directly to QB.
Besides implementing SPF settings, are there DMARC records as well that need to be included server end?
The bank feed record doesn’t match QB because the bank feed is reporting an expense recorded in QB online as a deposit at the bank. How to fix?
