How to fix my subscription

I need to figure out a couple of things.Company A paid a vendor for an improvement for Company B.Company B needs to reimburse Company A. How is the best way to post this?How do I get the 1099 for the vendor to show up in Company B?

For some reason I can no longer email invoices from one of my companies in QB 2021 desktop but I can in one of my other companies. Nothing has change with our email but when I try to email an invoice is says  incorrect credentials.

Working with a client, whose having an issue getting into their Intuit account. He just wants to give me the card so I can put it in and he doesn’t have to bother with it.

Where is the tags button on expense?

QB overiding with random assigned categories each time on long term memorized categorization. Sometimes I can log out and log back in and they will be mostly correct. Lately random.

Is anyone else having an issue with scanning receipts and it giving an error message to try again but when you go to your receipt review it has duplicated? I scan a lot of receipts for a general contractor that needs them scanned, matched and separated by job.  This is causing a lot of extra hours that I cannot bill the client for to clean up.  I worked for free this weekend cleaning up these mistakes and on top of that receipts that didn't match even though it should have so I had to do a manual search for a lot of them! Side note: Intuit QuickBooks is crazy if they think they are going to make money charging for AI services.  Is Intuit QuickBooks going to pay for the actual person that has to fix the mistakes???

Is anyone else having issues with the receipts and bill matching? It doesn't work. I have been on multiple support chats and have spent hours on work that should take 15 minutes. The issue is you email or upload your receipts. The receipts won't match with existing bank transactions. If you review and add these to the system it will create a duplicate transaction in the registry and not match it to the existing bank transaction. I had to spend hours in my registry looking for duplicates and deleting. Support says the problem is solved, which it is not. I am at a loss on what to do except changing software's. QB new software roll out is a disaster. It is horrible. Please let me know if you are experiencing the same issues.

Hi!Is anyone else having Fraud issues with Intuit? In the past month we have had Intuit transactions that have been fraudulent. Every time I call or IM for help, no-one seems to know how to help. Intuit keeps charing us also for these transactions that we are canceling through our bank b/c they are fraudulent. So far paying intuit $45. A few examples. There was 2 fraudulent payments for an invoice we sent to a customer. The customer notified us right away that they did not pay their invoice. We stopped the deposit through our bank and was charged by Intuit.  The most recent incident was a charge we saw in our bank account for Quickbooks Online Plus for $42.50. I called right away as we do not have this service. They could not find this charge in our merchant account and neither could I so I was given a link to put in the cost of the charge and our banking information. This linked to an Inuit invoice but with another Company ID. Come to find out this Company ID had the SA
