I am having severe difficulty reaching someone to speak to regarding a problem at Green Dot Bank. I have tried: 1. the telephone number on the back of the Green Dot Card - The answering system asks me to enter the card number, but when I do, it does not "recognize" the card.2. I have tried emailing them and got a response - that they would call me back in a business day. They called but when I took the call, it was dropped. This has happened twice. The are indicating that I am the one dropping the call. I assure you that I need to speak to them and would not drop the call.3. A supervisor was supposed to call me within 48 hours and I have not received a call after 4 days.4. I just tried calling the supervisor's telephone number and the voicemail indicated they were not available. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
I don't want to pull in data prior to a certain date.

Why did QB change it and make it so you can not edit details? I made an entry error and now can not edit it so it will screw up my reports. Has got to be one of the dumbest decisions for them to do
2025 W-2's health insurance information, not saving. Do you have to do something before you hit submit?
someone in quickbooks needs to familiarize with Secure Act 2.0 and the allowable for simple IRA max contributions
BofA changed their downloaded QBO file headers in early 2026. You can open the files in Notepad and find the change. Previously working files had the same FID and BID: 11162. Newer, broken files have FID 11162 and BID 6526.Desktop Premier 2024Bank of AmericaWorking historical files: FID=11162, BID=11162Broken new files: FID=11162, BID=6526Crash occurs during “Updating branding files”Workaround: open file in notepad and manually change INTU.BID to match FID of 11162. Save file and then import in QuickBooksAlternate Workaround: disable bank feeds, then Change BID in the qbo file to 3000 (Wells Fargo). Then import. QB will identify the source as wells fargo, but it will still import fine. All the transactions still work. Probably the ultimate fix here is for QB to update their bank definition files to include the new BofA BID 6526
I keep getting this error when attempting to process 1099's in QBO.
I’m extremely frustrated and hoping for help from the QuickBooks Community or Intuit. A former employee set up our QuickBooks account using her personal email and phone number for account recovery. She left without notice and has been unresponsive to multiple attempts to regain access. I’ve submitted the account recovery form multiple times and contacted Customer Support, but was told they cannot assist further. Despite providing business verification, I’ve received no resolution and remain locked out of our company account. This is a business-owned account and we urgently need administrative access restored. Any guidance or escalation from Intuit would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Where can I find a copy of Qb for Mac Desktop 2024, so I can upgrade my MacBook Air laptop to the newest OS? (I'm currently running QuickBooks Desktop Mac 2020 Version V19.1.16 R17.3 with macOS Sonoma Version 14.5) Or, does anyone k now if Intuit has plans to release a 2026 version? I'm looking forward to upgrading my desktop version without trying to get upsold constantly for the online subscription version. Thanks in advance.
As I was preparing my W-2’s I noticed that somehow the Medicare box was not checked so all the checks that were produced for an employee did not have Medicare taken out. The employee is no longer employed. I need to correct my 941 for 3rd Qtr. 1. How do I do this and 2. Do I need to make sure the W-2 then shows his wages and payments for Medicare and how do I do this? Never had this happen…
I voided 2 sales receipts in Quickbooks for 2025 that had previously been reconciled, and I created two new sales receipts to match the date and amount. How do I re-reconcile these new sales receipts? I need clear step by step instructions. Thank you.
Video shows that View Report button in History of Reconciliation has option to undo reconciliation for each report. I don't see that option but I am Administrator.
Quickbooks will no longer work on my laptop once I updated to Sonoma 14 / Apple. Does anyone have any idea what I should to to get all my records back etc... Upgrade to 2023 Quickbooks? Reinstall my 2020 system?
Our Book Keeper states the PayPal integration requires lots of manual data input. This equates to higher book keeping bills. Their feedback states: It is the integration, it is slow clunky does not recognize already existing customers and you have to literally spend anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds on every single transaction. When it was a bank feed anybody that already was in the system I could do a select all and add and 30 seconds to 1 minute later hundreds of transactions could be entered at a time. So for example say Bob Smith is a customer even though Bob Smith is in QuickBooks it still wants to apply it to PayPal customer and not pick Bob Smith in our customer record. Is this normal? Any solutions? Thanks
We have QuickBooks Desktop and are wanting to process a sales receipt and process a payment using a credit card terminal. How do we get a terminal and how to use/setup with desktop sales receipt. We would like to use the swiped rate on a credit card sale not keyed.
What is the current compatibility of QuickBooks for Mac 2020 desktop compatibility with macOS Ventura? Thanks for your help, Ruby911
