I have been sending statements the same way every month for over 15 years. Today when I go to select customer for preferred send method of email - as I always do, I get an error message that says "Quickbooks encountered errors while attempting to create a statement. This may be because of selecting too many customer. Try reducing the number of of customers selected (Max of 4500) and create statements. The number of statements that I am trying to is WAY less than that. After over an hour on chat with "help" (or lack thereof. Is that is it is a valid warning and I should know who has a balance before generating statements. They suggest that I select customers manually. Any of you that send out numerous statements know that is not a viable option. I would have to check who has a balance, and has a preferred send method of emailing versus mailing, then scroll through the customer list in the create statement list and choose the ones to
I ran a purchases by item report, and some of the purchases are missing. I checked all the invoice entries, and they are all posted the same, with the item specified.
Anyone using QB Desktop Pro having issues sending invoices? I tried sending some today and it asked for my password. I typed in the Yahoo password and it is giving me an error saying its the wrong password.

I'm getting transactions showing up in the bank feed that have already been cleared months ago. Duplicate transactions are also showing up. This started about three months ago and I have no idea why. My bank says it's QBO, not their system. I know how to exclude them but this is a huge waste of time that I don't have. How do I fix this?
I'm going through the Pro Advisor training and I've gotten stuck on the Period End module where it discusses the Book Review Center. I cannot find a way to access this center using the sample Craig's Landscaping company. My gut tells me this is because the sample company is not setup as a "client", but as a standalone sample company to play around with. The instructions say the Books Review is only accessible by "accounting pros accessing client accounts through QuickBooks Online Accountant". Is this the reason, or am I just missing something?
I paid a vendor with wrong bank acct on QBO, I need to journal entry this in QBO and re-enter to correct Business acct on QBD, and do I still need to transfer the funds from wrong bank account to correct bank account?

When I create a new invoice, the attachment below is not checked as "attach to email." I always have to click on the checkbox to attach the document to the invoice. However, I have several invoices and I want to know if there is a way to automatically check the attachment file by default.
When I am trying to set up quickbooks Bill Pay, I can enter in all my business and personal information but when I get to the section to verify my bank account information the drop down for "select account type" won't work. I can enter in account holder name, routing number, account number and confirm account number, but the drop down simply won't populate anything and I can't type anything into the box. This is preventing me from getting my bill payments set up. Seems like it might be a bug in the system. I would love some help with getting this resolved. 🙂

Details: I'm posting here as a last resort after weeks of frustration with support. Timeline: QuickBooks prompted me to update my Bank of America connection. I attempted this for weeks, consistently receiving Error 580. I contacted support, who advised me to disconnect my existing connection (which had been working fine) and reconnect. I followed this advice—only to discover that reconnecting is also not possible due to the same error. I am now stuck manually exporting and importing transactions, which is a significant burden on my accounting workflow. I escalated the case (Removed) and received troubleshooting steps on November 19 that did not resolve the issue. On November 25, I received five separate emails claiming the case was resolved. Hello QB Community, My organization is currently using QuickBooks Online and the Trial Balance report offered is not what we're looking for. I've seen that other users have previously posted and asked about a Trial Balance that includes the Opening Balance, the debits, the credits, and the Ending Balance, but there hasn't been an accurate solution. I'm specifically looking for a way to see the Trial Balance for a specific time period so I can see the debits and credits for any period I select, as well as the beginning and ending balances. Currently, QuickBooks Online provides more of a balance sheet to date when I run the Trial Balance report, but I only want to see the Trial Balance for a specific time. Moreover, the when I do change the time frame of the reporting, none of the data changes, even though I'm fully aware of transactions occurring during different periods. Hi, I have a brand new HP notebook, running Windows 11 Pro. I have logged into the web browser for QuickBooks online, clicked the gear icon, then selected "Get the desktop App". It downloads the installer QuickBooks Advanced Setup, and I can run it to do the install. When I do it places an icon on the desktop. I can run the file and it opens a window saying it is version 3.9.5. At this point a progress bar starts and completes, but the window never changes from the splash screen.
