The reason why it cannot import is because the routing number is incorrect, so how do I correct this information?
When I go to "Manage Payroll Cloud Services", it gives me the option to invite employees. If they have not signed up yet, it gives you a place to fill in their email address. If they have signed up, i can't figure out how to change their email address. Does anyone know how to do this?

Is there any rhyme or reason to the order that sub-customers show up under the parent customer? The only way that I've found to get a list of all of the subjobs (I think!) under the main customer without having to scroll through the 116 pages of customers in the main customer list is to search for the customer name, click on it, then search for the name again in the different-looking customer list that pops up after my first search. (That's a whole other issue itself. Why in the world is it that hard to get a list of subjobs?!?) But, when I do that, the subjobs seem to show up in alphabetical order until I scroll down far enough to get to the end of the alphabet, then it starts over again. In the customer I was just working with that has 100-ish subjobs, it had five separate sections that were in alphabetical order. That makes it really hard to scroll through to find a specific subjob when you can't know that you have scrolled down to that part of the alphabet. In addition, i

I just don't get where these ideas come from. First the useless Business Feed that takes up half of the screen... now we can't close them easily and need to select a "snooze" option from the prompt. I really wish the QB developers would spend time on items that increase productivity like subtotals with discounts (see https://fieldexit.com/forum/display?threadid=668 for details) or fixing taxing in invoices than items like this that slow down our productivity. QBO isn't social media, it's a tool we use for our business. Quit trying to turn it into just one huge advertising/social media platform.
We just brought payroll back inhouse from our accountants office. She was using QBT to run our payroll, then would send us journal entries to post into our files. We have 3 dba's under our umbrella. I do not want to export the entire payroll file into one of our QB files, I want to keep the journal entries in place as it works for us. My problem is the Non-Tax Liabilities. I have Simple IRA's, Garnishments and Savings Accounts I need to cut checks to every pay period. I can not cut these checks out of the payroll file, so I need to do it out of the QBD file. Is there a journal entry I can make that will clear out the payroll clearing account I am offsetting these checks to.
I upgraded to QBDT pro 2024 for windows (11) and my fifth third bank feeds stopped working. I get OL-232 error. I have been using QB from 2012 and connecting to same bank accounts to download transactions. I worked with QB support via chat for 2 hours tried1> My company bank feeds dont connect give OL-232 error even after changing to classic mode2> Tried creating a new test company and add bank feeds- in classic mode of bank feeds but cannot connect to my bank account. 3> tried to download qbo files from bank to upload manually, but fifth third has only QFX files so they asked me to talk to the bank because bank may have to 'approve' something4> The bank says - it is QB issue, talk to QB support or just wait for 48 hours (not sure for what) and try again. So I have paid $1000 dollar QB subscription to go to QBDT pro 2024 because QB recommended that to me and now it is unusable. Who can help? How to escalate this within QB to get this f
A support agent was helping me troubleshoot an issue and instructed me to unlink and relink by bank account. I asked if this would affect everything I have reconciled so far or payroll. He said no. Very soon after, I receive a R04 error code and direct deposit for employees failed due to NSF. Even though there are more than sufficient funds. Received an email to wire the money and the hold would be lifted. Wired the money, received an email that it was successful, hold was never lifted. Then I was told my account number was invalid even though the banking info has never been changed and has worked just fine for years. The wire they successfully received was from that very account. Regardless, I sent a bank letter which has been denied twice with no explanation or notification. I had to call and ask for an update every time. I have called QBO every single day since 9/18/25 and I am no closer to a solution. Each rep I contact promises someone will call me or email me with 1-2 busine
Hello, I have a QB Online account with an Amazon Business app integration. Worked seamlessly for ages. Couple months ago I got a dialog box to "Confirm Your Account" (screenshot attached). I selected the correct account from the drop down and when I click "Save" it shows those 3 bullet points (same screenshot) and the dialog box doesn't go away. I'm unable to proceed and add any of the Amazon transactions into QB to match with my bank feed. I tried going into the Amazon integration app setting and selecting the account for the payment method. I was able to save those settings but when I returned to the list of Amazon transactions, I got the same request to "Confirm Your Account. I also tried waiting a couple weeks and clearing my cookies in the hopes that this bug would be fixed but unfortunately, no luck. Has anybody else had this issue and found a resolution? I tried to upload the chart of accounts for my business and most of the "Type" and "Detail Types" I included in my original spreadsheet were red and were options in the drop down. Can I see a full list of the options so I can edit my chart of accounts in excel before uploading?
