Hello - I'm trying to get a report in Quickbooks Desktop enterprise that shows customer payments AND the customers payment terms.  We are manufacturing and need to communicate to our shipping team that payments have been made for customers that have been on hold until payment is received.  I've created a report that shows the terms field but it does not carry over the terms for the customer.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello - I have a need to share certain memorized/custom reports with my production team without sharing the entire reports portal.  We need them to see some reports without accessing P&L's and other financial data.  We recently migrated over from Desktop to Online.  Thanks in advance.

We were pushed into Quickbooks online so the president could view from his computer. It is way more problematical than Quickbooks desktop 2018. Also I still use Quicker 2015 for my rental property and it works better than the current 2024 version of Quickbooks online. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE DISCRASE THAT WE CAN'T SET UP A VENDOR AND HAVE OUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AUTOMATICALLY PRINTER ON THE CHECK. tHE LACK OF THIS ONE FEATURE PUTS quickbooks 2024 at 10 to 15 YEARS OUT OF DATE. My column widths changed on my journal entry screen. How do I adjust the width of columns on the journal entry screen?

I am getting this message for one particular vendor. It is not a case of reaching my monthly limit of payments as I am able to pay other vendors in amounts greater than the amount of the vendor for which I am getting the error message. Just wondering if anyone else has been having this issue.

Hi All,I can kill a running process (program) in both Linux and Windows from the command line. It cuts the legs off the running process and is anything but graceful. In Linux, I can set a "SIGHUP" and depending on how the programs is written and reacts to it, the program will shutdown gracefully. Unfortunately, QB is not written for Linux.Is there a way in Windows to send an external command from the command line to a running QB Desktop to ask it to gracefully shutdown?Many thanks,-T

I told the rep from Quickbooks that we no longer use Desktop and now use QBO but she insisted the license fee was still required and unrelated to the software used.

The Clair On-Demand Pay ad on the mobile app takes over about 3/4 of the screen making it very hard to see time entries on the timesheet page. Is there any way to get rid of it? Quickbooks tech support won't help.

I'm trying to respond by saying Thank You to the QB representative who provided a quality answer to my Community Post but every time I sign in using my credentials to respond, I get this error message: “Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication.”

But there is nothing on my quickbooks saying so. What do I do?

Is there a way to transfer employee information from one quickbooks account to another. Ex. I use Quickbooks for time sheets and payroll, in business account A.Is there a way to move all employee contact information from business A to Business B without having to make everyone reregister themselves? I'm not expecting any historical data to transfer, just a clean data migration of employee profiles.  Then new records will be stored in Business B going forward.

We are on Enterprise Hosted Desktop Gold and are considering using the Payroll.  We currently have an outside payroll company.  Trying to streamline.  Anyone have any comments positive or negative?  We are a little gun shy and not sure how good the support is. Thanks in advance.
