I need to edit a Credit card payment before it batches, how do I do that?
One of our employees has a negative balance on Quickbooks Time and it doesn't match Quickbooks Online Payroll. When we pay them vacation days, the balance continues to grow negative.
I am trying to create a new expense category, and I tried searching for the answer in help. It came up with an answer on how to do it, but the instructions suck in my opinion, as the steps are telling me to click on things I don't see. The very first one for instance: Click on the More (down arrow), then MANAGE CATEGORIES...I don't see that ANYWHERE. Need help please.

I have been using Recurring Transactions for many years. After I entered a transaction, I could create a recurring transaction from it. I save an enormous amount of valuable time with recurring transactions. And every time I created, edited and saved a new transaction from the recurring transaction template, QuickBooks Online (QBO) asked me if I want to update the template to reflect my changes. It was tedious to be asked constantly, but now that I can’t use it, boy, do I miss it. I recently migrated a new bookkeeping client from QuickBooks Desktop to QBO. Without being asked, I was forced to be in “the new experience” for customer invoicing. I could go on for hours with how bad this experience is, but the grievous sin is that I can no longer create recurring transactions or update recurring transactions. Hi- I'd like to run a report that shows all expenses from May 2023 to July 2023. I need it to include a Tags column (whether a tag was used or not) so I can make sure all expenses were properly tagged and that I did not miss any. Which report can show that information?

Hello, I have no intuit account and have never contracted any intuit product but I have been charged of 60$ on my bank account. For the last week I can't do direct deposit or electronic tax payments after years of using it. The payroll system is basically not working in QB online. I have a current subscription. Called support and they don't really know how to solve it. They said they would escalate, to basically get me off the phone. Anybody have any ideas?
I’ve been in countless support agents that have been telling me that the situation has been escalated I gave all documentation and it was completed my payroll has had a hold on it for awhile and needs to be removed immediately! I’ve been talking to countless agents to fix this issue remove the hold already.
I want to resume when the new interface will be fully rolled out. One of QBO's team member had answered in the community that the rollout will complete by end of September. I would like to pause my subscription until then.

Hi all Thought I’d share something I’ve put together as it’s been a pain point for us and decided to make it available for others. It’s free to try btw and appreciate any feedback. We do a lot of bookeeping work, including chasing aged debtors/unpaid invoices but the clients for the most part, being small businesses relied on WhatsApp & Text messages to communicate with customers, but didn’t have any way to send these out automatically.
