How do I finish this so my customer balance is back at 0?
A warning for QuickBooks Online Payroll Customers QBO Payroll has created two inaccurate transactions in my bank account’s chart of accounts, they do not match the actual bank withdrawals nor the payroll tax payments. In one case, the transaction was initially recorded correctly, and I matched it to the bank feed transaction. 10 days later, "System Administration" edited the transaction amount to an incorrect value. After spending hours with QBO Payroll support, they have refused to correct the issue and instead suggested I hire an accountant to make manual journal entries to reconcile the accounts. How can customers trust a system where transactions can be altered after the fact, making them inaccurate, with no process to review or correct them?
Income is only from homeowner maintenance fees, as this is a condominium association. Expenses are showing correctly as to which fund they are being paid from. Thanks for any help.

I processed payroll yesterday per usual and my direct deposit employees did not receive their direct deposits this morning. Has anyone else had these issues?
My bank login is correct. My bank did update their mobile banking and website, and I can login to both, but cannot update Quickbooks to access the bank feed.
I use QB DT 2024, and am trying to migrate to online. When I migrate data, everything in the transactions registers for my bank accounts transfers over EXCEPT the payee (who I received the money from!). I talked to someone at QB support and they told me this was a "product limitation" but it seems this would be a critical piece of information that should migrate! The solution offered was to input the payee manually, but I have almost 1500 entries YTD, and over 22,000 historical entries. No way do I have the time or resources to input manually. This is, to me, a fatal flaw in the design and implementation.
The Insurance paid us the market value for a vehicle that was written off. The vehicle had taken all of its depreciation. How do I record this transaction in Quickbooks?

In "My integrations," the PayPal app only shows "Admin info" and "Pin to list" under the options menu. There's no "Disconnect" or "Settings" available. Audit Log does not record any activity related to the update. The status has remained "Processing" for over 4 days.
When I connect my second Citibank credit card account, QB disconnects from the first account. When I connect my first Citibank credit card account, QB disconnects from my second account. How do I keep both connected at the same time?

Hello I need help figuring out how to update the Tax Item in Manage Sales Tax. I know how to add new tax items and groups through lists however when I go to Manage Sales tax - Pay Sales Tax the correct tax items do not show up. What is currently in my system is old so every month when I enter the payment it is deducting from the wrong account making that account go negative, meanwhile the correct accounts continue to grow since they are never recording the sales tax payment.
Want to go back to my lifetime license on Desktop 2020 instead of my subscription on Desktop 2024. I installed Desktop 2020 on different PC with and activated new install with old license. No problem. Transferred company QBB files (which were backed up from Desktop 2024) to new the PC downloads folder but when I attempt to use QB 2020 to "restore back up of company file", it doesn't even recognize that there are any QBB files in the folder where they are. I attempted also copy the actual QBW file to the new PC and simply open the company but again it doesn't even "see" the file.I assume when 2024 "rebuilds" the company file it changes it so 2020 doesn't recognize it anymore???How to I migrate the company files back to 2020?
