Hie, I'd like to ask if there's an option on QuickBooks for adding money on QuickBooks besides through sales. For example, I have $50 cash in my pocket, then I want to record it in QuickBooks directly as $50, such that if I use $25 to buy some sweets, I have to go to the cashdrawer and add a bill that I spent $25 and then remains $25 in the cash drawer. In other words, all I'm talking about is adding my personal money directly into QuickBooks besides sales, is there such an option, or QuickBooks is only for sales and business? Thanks a lot.

There are multiple 3rd party options to do a sync but QuickBooks used to have an official "connector" app that was included as part of the QuickBooks Advanced subscription.I have found references to that connector app in multiple places online, including the official documentation for both Salesforce and QuickBooks , but the link to that app is no longer valid:https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/salesforce/en-us?premiumApp=trueAs best I can tell, Intuit has pulled that app out of the store very recently but I've not found any mention of why. I tried contacting QuickBooks support over chat but they couldn't even properly understand the question. :o/Anyone have any ideas? We quoted this connector as part of an integration for a client and its disappearance is hindering our ability to deliver.
I'm still cleaning up 2024, a deposit (that never happened) was posted in QBO and then the customer was deleted. I need to clear out that deposit/payment that never happened but since the customer was deleted the system won't let me. Can someone help please? this is the error message: A project cannot be reactivated.

How do I turn a customer into a vendor?
Is there a way to apply a bulk credit against a check paying multiple invoices without having to specifically apply the credit to invoices. We get credits on a vendor account that are not credits against specific invoices. I may be paying 30 invoices totaling $10,000 and have a credit on account of $3,000. Do I have to open each individual invoices for 50.00, 100.00, etc. to apply the credit piecemeal until it is fully applied. Thanks.

After Quickbooks Enterprise 24.0 is updated from R14 to R15. All my client pc can't use the Quickbooks after login. For client pc, I can open quickbooks software and I can login my user account. After login, the quickbooks will halt. Then, I can't use anything. Even I disable firewall of server and client. The problem still can't be solvedNow, I only can use Quickbooks on my server. QuickBooks Desktop Premier Contractors Version (all versions actually) limits the number of Payroll Items on the Employee Master Payroll Record to 25 Payroll items. QuickBooks Enterprise used to have the same limit several years ago. Has that changed? What is the limit of Payroll Items that one can enter on the Employee Payroll Master Record in QuickBooks Enterprise Payroll?
In fact, we installed a new browser before running payroll. I can solve the issue by simply inactivating the duplicate account but I now have 10 or 12 of these accounts and am hoping someone knows a way to prevent this from happening. In fact, is there a way to lock the Chart of Accounts so QBO won't automatically create new ones?

In Quickbooks online bank transactions, there are pending transaction. Looks like the correct approach is select the right category and select post. I select the wrong category and selected post. I tried to undo but I get a message You can't delete this transaction from this register because it is matched to a transaction that was downloaded into a different account.. If you need to delete it, click edit and delete it from there.
I can no longer login to Quickbooks payments on Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024. Even though I'm logged in using our admin account, I get the error message "You do not have access to QuickBooks Payments. Request your admin to provide access to process payments." I've contacted customer service and there is supposedly an open investigation into this issues and I'm not the only one affected. Has anyone found a workaround? I'm forced with manual processing payments through the online merchant center which slows down the process and doesn't automatically sync with Quickbooks desktop allowing room for error in my accounting (plus the only reason i'm using QB payments is so that I dont have to bother with an online portal payment system).
Solopreneur Beta, trying to link a Bank Transaction to an Invoice. Invoice was sent and received and client paid through Zelle directly to our bank account. Clicking on "receive payment" on the invoice, chose the bank account it went into and nothing shows up, no transactions whatsoever. How do I link this, so they stop getting "payment reminders" sent to them.
