I want to set up the correct  income and expense accounts for a non-profit organization - using Quickbooks Desktop Premier. We host a number of events including a trade show, golf tournament and member meetings.It was suggested to me to use type "service" and "miscellaneous revenue" . Looking for suggestions on the income and expenses.

we send payments manually and I was prompted to cancel old tax payments I cancelled 1 and everything is deleted

Trial Bal is now at $36K, yet the account history shows NIL bal on the same date.

Hi all!  I am trying to run a report that was available on QB Desktop but I can't find in QBO Canada.  It is one where you can change both the columns and rows (I'd like to cross-filter by class and location).There is a tutorial with a link for the US version, but when I try it, it just hangs up when loading:https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/report... Does anyone know how to get this in the Canadian version of QBO? Thanks so much!

I sent a reminder to a customer who had an invoice past due.  I copy myself on all emails.  It has not shown up in my inbox but QB show and email having been sent.  How do I confirm this?

Good Afternoon, The owner of the company who normally takes a pay each pay period, did not take a pay for 2 consecutive pays as there was a shortage of funds.  I Credited these pays via JE as owners contributions (I hope that was correct) vs a credit to the bank as no money changed hands. The issue is that even though I recorded the payroll source deductions as though the pay was sent, when I run the payroll taxes through Payroll -> Pay  .... the taxes deducted  on the journal entry are not included in the amount to pay to CRA. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.N.

I get a text message from Tangerine with a code to input when I press the update button however, there is nowhere to input the code in Quickbooks Online

I have a small wholesale manufacturing business - not retail. My "assets" are raw materials so my inventory "cost" was added incorrectly as $0.00 at the begining of the year and the inventory shrinkage transactions are showing a $0 which results in the inventory asset amount in my balance sheet being way too much. Anyone know how to BULK delete the inventory quantity adjustment transactions?

I cannot figure out a good workaround for tracking WCB in other provinces in Quickbooks Online. I am in Atlantic Canada. Can somebody please advise?
