I am using the international version of QuickBooks while working from India. This issue has occurred multiple times during usage.
Error 102 and then error 185, have answered the OTP 1000 times but connection immediately breaks to mycardstatement.com... now it is back to error 102 on quickbooks, however, I can login to mycardstatement.com on its own fine.
Thank you for your reply. My tax year along with my accounting year runs from the 1st April to the following 31st March. The UK allows your tax year to correspond with your accounting year where if your accounting year ends on 31st March the legislation over recent tax years now permit this to be treated as if it ended on the 5th April. As its needed to send quarterly submissions throughout the coming 2026/27 tax years as to make income tax digital I will end up submitting incorrect figures as my transactions will be missing those between the 1st to the 5th April, as is the case in my present tax year when I go to my income tax app on QB's.
Bank account not even showing as "re allow linking" , it's just gone. My transactions also are gone. Should I relink, I don't want to cause duplicates?
My Subscription is suspended and I need to re-subscribe but downgrading my subscription, please help.
