My eBay app usually imports payouts automatically, but I have one payout missed. How can I import it manually or get it to show up, to match it with the deposit?

I have the eBay app connected and it usually imports the payouts automatically without any issues. However, there’s one specific payout from 5/20 that wasn’t imported. I can see the deposit in my bank account, but I can’t match it because the corresponding transaction is missing. How can I manually import this payout, or is there another way to get that eBay payout to appear?

how do I turn off ai?

I'm just starting out with QBO. The automatic re-categorizing is making me want to find another accounting solution. For example, I select a vendor and category for an expense, but if I use the same vendor for a different expense QBO changes the original expense to the second category. Then most of the categories and vendors I select change or revert with the next page refresh. How do I turn off the automatic changes?

Does anyone have the issue where they try to mark an invoice as paid and it won't show it marked paid?

I have invoices I need to mark as paid, but when I do, nothing changes. They just sit there still looking like they're due. When I try to mark them paid again it throws me an error. I was told this was fixed, however it is not.

Cannot validate invoices for a foreign customer. Enter TIN in customer card and selecting Foreign Companies. but doesn't work.

hen trying to validate invoices for a foreign customer, it keeps giving error. When saving information in the customer card for TIN, and selecting Foreign Companies or Individuals, it gets routed back to Individuals in Malaysia, causing an error in submission.

Problème avec les taxes lors d'une écriture de journal. Message Le taux des cotisations appartient à une administration fiscale différente de celle indiquée.

Pourtant il n'y a eu aucuns changements de fait. Même les écritures de journal déjà faite lorsque je veux les enregistrer il y a ce message d'erreur. C'est la 2e fois qu'il me fait cela pour ce client.
