I was working on reconciling some accounts and logged off, when I tried to log back in, my company, on the Choose Your Company page, it only shows a copy of my company that I closed in 2021 for accounting purposes. Is anyone else having this issue?I have tried calling QB support, but every time the robot tries to connect me to a person, it hangs up.

For a student classes ending April 29th 2026, graduating May 5th 2026, probably starting a job with insurance in June 2026:I will not be claiming him as a tax dependent on my taxes because doing so would force me to add his income on the ACA form, which would then put us over the cliff and would be nearly catastrophic financially.When I go to sign us up on the Healthcare.gov site, it only offers "dependent" and wants the income estimate.  Technically his job is still an offer and not secure.  I can leave it out of the estimate and file a change of circumstance with HC. Gov as soon as he shifts to the new insurance.  Is this how this is handled or am I simply not allowed to have him on my plan even though he is my dependent as of Jan. 1st through June?

Hello.  For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing credit card feeds from my bank coming in reversed.This is intermittent.Sometimes the charges show up correctly as expense and sometimes these charges come in as money received. I have no other option than to exclude these charges and enter them manually for my chart of account to be correct. I have spent numerous hours with QBO support, which was totally unproductive and useless.The only resolution I was offered was to purchase a higher tier of support and spend more money with QBO. I have done all the usual fixes such as disconnecting and reconnecting the account. My bank feed transaction is now double offset to what the bank account truly reflects.

I’ve been doing bookkeeping for my own businesses for years, and one thing that always took a ton of time was reconciling bank transactions against bills/invoices. Recently I’ve been writing a tool where most receipts get input and categorized before reconciliation, which allows the bank transactions to be reconciled automatically. I recorded a short demo (4 minutes) showing how I reconcile all transactions in one go, instead of matching line-by-line:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2u44VmxaNL4  Does this tool fit the way you currently reconcile? Does anyone know if you can back up an open Quickbooks Enterprise (latest version)  *.QBW file with Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS)?  My customer likes to leave his Quickbook running 24/7 and it causes havoc with his backup.  I can add VSS to the backup, but before spending the programming time, I'd like to know if it works.

Customer now submitted a physical payment but I can not enter due to invoice stating paid even though payment was taken out. I issued a refund receipt.

I should be able to add the item as I prepare an invoice, but it suddenly won't work.  What changed??

I'm trying to set up statements for our customers.  Quickbooks desktop 2023.  Years ago I set it up with our address.  Now the address appears fine on monitor, but is much too large when I print.  (HP Laserjet MFP 148 MFP 149.) How do I fix this?  It worked fine in earlier versions of Quickbooks, now that i'm on 2023 it's not fine.  

I'm not sure why it is blocking me when selecting a value, e.g. an account or vendor name.

My desktop version just got renewed and I can't get past the product registration because quikbooks doesn't have 24/7 support which is beyond frustrating.  I'm trying to run a business and I can't log in because of a trivial registration code.
