I noticed that the Bank Balance for my Apple Card always shows an amount that matches the Quickbooks amount - but negative. I have finally traced the reason to what I surmise is an error in Apple's Export for Quickbooks command. See screenshot that shows screenshots of my Bank Balance and my Apple export file for September 2025. Starting in October, I will manually update my QBO export file and remove the negative sign, which I expect will correct the issue. Has anyone else experienced this and what is the protocol for notifying Apple>

Quickbooks Online: I have employees that may work in a different jurisdiction during a pay period. How can I get the time to track to each jurisdiction? I've learned that I have to set up multiple work locations and track the local taxes, but have to create multiple paychecks. It seems that I have to manually change the time sheet to move the hours for each jurisdiction and create multiple paychecks. Anyone have experience with this and found a work around?

I don't have all my customers. Some inactive ones come back and they are not on my customer list anymore. Their whole history is gone. How can I get their history back?

We are a non-profit looking to sell tickets to our annual fundraiser. I was able to create a multi-use payment link to embed in our website. Currently, you can only buy 1 ticket at a time this way. Is there a way to create a quantity option for 1 person to purchase multiple tickets at once?

There are large gaps of missing transactions from years ago as well as recent ones. I am seeing old reciepts from 2019-2021 popping up again as needing review. I've made no adjustments to my accounts syncing. Reports show the same thing. Has this happened to anyone else? Attempting to import via CSV either fails or tells me that the transactions already exist, but they dont. all the numbers I included in the last 5 years of tax returns are no longer correct in Quickbooks Self Employed. In the QuickBooks Online desktop app, why can’t I open another company under a different QuickBooks ID? I have two companies (MSP & P*** Re**** Properties) on separate accounts, but when I click the + sign to open another, the other company doesn’t show up or load when I type the name.Do I need to sign into another QB Account (one for each one that is unique?)

Recently I've been getting the "I'm not a robot" prompt almost every day.  This is such a hassle to text a code, etc when I need to get work done. 1.  Why would a robot use QBO?  Honestly....  especially signing in to QBO and selecting a company?2.  Why is there not a "trust this device" option that would stop this at least for 6 months on a device?  That should be there or remove it all together. Should be interesting answers...  tell me it's for my "security". And yes, I have made this suggestion already MANY times through QBO.
