Hi!  I'm using QuickBooks Online Plus and have setup my budgets using classes.  Once all the classes are setup, is there a way to automatically create a budget with all of the classes or specific classes combined?  I need to be able to run reports that show how the Company or specific departments that are made up of more than one class are performing in comparison to the budget.Thanks! 

I snap all my receipts and match them to the credit card transactions, which works great. But when I have a return, I scan that receipt and it will not match to the credit card credit transaction. I can add the credit, but now can I get the receipt to attach to it?

Hello everyone, I've been struggling with this issue for quite some time with no help or resources from Quickbooks support. Unfortunately my impression is that they simply don't know networks or how this app is supposed to work. So with no further ado here's some pointers to help you host your database server on a cloud environment or for remote users. The basic secret is in the server's name. Let me explain, when a workstation is on the same LAN as the DB server manager, QB is looking for a connection to it via the hosting computer server name on a random port. In order to connect to a computer that is on a different network what you'll is the following: Step 1Install only the DB Server Manager on the hosting computer (cloud or otherwise).  Step 2 Scan the shared folder used for storing and sharing the QBW files. Step 3 Monitor the Database server tab inside the DB Server Manager. I know QB is not supporting 2020 on my AMC . I purchased a windows PC and wonder if I can move it over to new pc from MAC off a backup ? Can I purchase the newer QB and move it over to new PC? 

Since the Stripe Connect App creates entries in Undeposited Funds for customer payments. Having the payouts also go into Undeposited Funds makes the balance of Undeposited Funds duplicate the payments. Ideally Stripe payouts would create a bank deposit, but I don't see an option using the Stripe Connect App to make this happen - you can't change the payout that becomes a transfer to the destination of undeposited funds.

I just got a new laptop with Windows 11.  I purchased an external DVD drive so I could install my Quickbooks Pro 2009 on my new laptop.  I did a backup of my company files onto a flash drive, but here is the problem I'm having.  I kept QB Pro 2009 updated on my old laptop so it's running an updated version, and after installing it on my new laptop, it's not allowing me to update.  When I try to restore my company files, I get an error saying that I need to update this program to the same version running on my old laptop before I can do the company restore.  When I try to update I'm getting error codes on all updates (12007 and 12029).  I never backed up anything on QB online and don't have access to that original account since the email I signed up on is long gone.  It also says that I could go back to a backup file that is prior to the update, but I'm sure it would have been years ago since Intuit is no longer providing support for this product.&nbsp

Hello- I have been trying to solve this for ages and I hope the experienced users here can help get it working again. Problem:The DB mgr GUI will not load (QBServerUtilityMgr.exe)- the tray icon appears but goes away either on its own or when rolled over. Win10x64 up to dateQB Premiere 2023 (had 2020 prior). I have removed QB and reinstalled, repaired, removed 2020, tried various compatibility modes, even replaced w same file from another machine where the DB mgr loads fine. Disabled/enabled the service/made sure logon was local etc.I followed steps from another post about multiple versions x32/x64 etc but no luck.(https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/install/qb-2022-db-service-breaks-others-and-causing-multi-user-mode-to/00/983827/page/3)Oddly the Network Issues section of the QB Tool Hub gives a pop up message saying the DB mgr cannot run until it is set up/is not available and to run QB and enable hosting to fix. I've gone through all the help pages but I simply cannot find the listing for Tags. I need to edit a name.

For the past few months at least one week of transactions just does not get sent over to quickbooks. For example in July, the 1st through the 8th are complete but the 9th through the 19th are missing and the 20th to the 31st are correct. I have already tried unlinking then relinking the accounts but the missing data will not import.
