Is anyone having issues with quickbooks and it not allowing you to select your vendor type or create a JE?

Can’t seem to get a hold of greendot bank either.

When we send an estimate to our customers for them to approve and pay a deposit, once they approve and pay we get an email.  Then in the past, when you went to the estimate in QBO you would see in the Status: Approved.  Now it does not show approved.  Please fix this.

Hello,what is the best practice to clean up Zelle transactions used for sales invoice payments and vendor payments? Is it easier to move all Zelle payments for invoices to undeposited funds and match them in the bank feed? 

I don’t see any option or app to do so

I changed my role to in house accountant, thinking I would have access to delete something I reconciled. After that I could not change myself back to primary admin because I lost access to those privileges. I had to fill out a request with my my Drivers license, Owners drivers license, a letter from the owner of company requesting that they change my role back to primary admin, and Article of Organization. I was rejected because Owner of company is not listed as Owner on Tre Hargett, Secretary of State Article of Organization. I really need to talk to someone to see what I need to do. I have where he got his EIN# from IRS that states him as Sole Member. Can anyone help!

I am currently trying to make a decision about Fourlane CX.  It is cloud based and interfaces with Quickbooks. I have had a couple of Team meetings with Foulane and it sounds like a great solution.  However,  I would feel much better if I could talk to others who use Fourlanc CX,  specifically manufactures.  Please reach out to me and let me know  if you are satisfied with it.  Your help is appreciated!

I have a company with their fixed asset data in FAM-2018. QB Enterprise will only read it if it is in "last year".  Does anyone know if I can still purchase FAM 2023/2024  as a stand alone to get it to the current version so that QB Enterprise will read it?  I looked at trying to export it from FAM-2018, and then into QBE - but it seems  tedious mapping each item.  If that is what is required - can anyone recommend any short cuts since I am literely exporting from FAM back into FAM?  Thanks

iOS 18.5. Sometimes I’ll see the icons on the black screen (close, flash, attach from photos) but can’t take photo, even a black screen photo. Other time no icons and can’t exit, have to swipe to close.

Right now it appears the only way to do this is using a 3rd party integration. Is that correct?

I am trying to inactivate an old bank account that is no longer used but it states "We can't make this account inactive - This account is used by a product or service".  Is there a way to search all the product and service lists to see which one is being used by the bank account without having to individually go through all the hundred or more product and service lists we have?

Today is July 25, 2025 but I cannot run payroll for this 2-week time period.   Does show I can run Aug 8, 2025 payroll.   Why the problem

I am about to reconciled my bank account, in QBO it has no reconciliation history, but upon entering the information I noticed that it has already beginning balance amount. How to clean this up?

Normally when using the Reminders List, "used" items are removed from the list until their next date. Now, for whatever reason they aren't. In order to get them removed from the list, you have to select them and choose "skip" even though you aren't really skipping them. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? It's making things VERY confusing at the end of the month when you have to go back and verify all of them have been entered.

I have about 20 contractors and for some reason the 2 most recent hires cannot find my business. They were both using desktop and no other contractors have had this issue.Has anyone else had this happen?
