I would like to activate the Core Payroll plan in my QuickBooks account so I can pay my employees properly. However, I am currently having trouble accessing the payroll setup screen. It shows an error message saying the page cannot be found. Can you please assist me in enabling the Core plan or guide me through the setup process? i purchased a new desktop.  I l do not have my template show when i invoice customers.  However if printed it is on my template.  I cannot attach the template to my email to the customer either.

The saved, custom sales tax rates I have no longer appear as options via the dropdown for "Select tax rate" on Customer Invoices.  Previously, they would all appear, but now they have disappeared.   I've checked the Settings to see if something has changed, but I don't see anything abnormal.  I'm inclined to think this is yet another bug.  Any help?

Why do sales receipts that are UNPAID show as PAID? This has caused a nightmare as we try to clean these up. This can happen if:a) The recurring sales receipt template doesn't have a payment method set.b) The recurring sales receipt template has a payment method set, but doesn't have the "Process Payment" box checkedc) The selected payment method fails when the sales receipt is generated.In ALL cases, the Sales Receipt shows as PAID but it IS NOT PAID. No payment has been processed. If you run profit and loss report it doesn't show financing activity (ie. transfers). So you don't get a picture of profit after debt service (ie. TOTAL MONEY OUT) If you run a cash flow statement it only shows account balance changes for the given time period and can't be shown as monthly totals. So you can't compare cash flow of september to cash flow for october NOR can you see what you spent on any category. It's infuriating that such a simple and what would seemingly be a pretty common need to know, is so ridiculously hard to figure out.   I mean any loan you apply for needs to know total money in and total money out INCLUDING debt service (not just "Interest Expense").   Ideally it would be the Profit and Loss report with Transfers to liability accounts in it's own section or in the expense section.

How can I export a Product & Services List in Quickbooks Online that shows the Product ID? (I did this a couple of months ago, but can not remember, and I need to update my list.)

How can I permanently disable Modern View? Overall, it's just more hassle. One very obvious disadvantage is the wide, grey margins around the white working area. This makes a lot of text strings such as Description, Num, and other fields unreadable, because it overflows and is cut-off. Whereas, this would not be cut off in Classic View, as Classic View takes up the full width of the screen. Please, I do not want to use Modern View, ever. How can we just disable it permanently? Thank you.
