It seems to be to be logical that if I need information enough to go to the trouble of creating a custom report, there should be a way to mark it as a favourite, but I don't see a way to do that. Can someone please let me know if I've simply become blind?
I need to remove, or delete, a vehicle that I no longer have in my posession from my quickbooks tax profile. How do I do this?

I have a client who started a spa business in February last year. I’ve already connected the business bank account to QuickBooks, so that part is set up.However, I’m running into a few challenges:A large portion of business expenses were paid using the owner’s personal credit card, which is not connected to QuickBooks. There are significant payments made via Zelle and Venmo (for example, about $5,000 monthly to an independent contractor), and these accounts are also not connected to QuickBooks. The owner also used a personal Amazon account to purchase business-related items.I requested CSV exports for these transactions, but the owner is reluctant to provide them because the personal credit card includes non-business charges, and her spouse also uses the card for unrelated expenses. What’s the best approach to accurately record these business transactions in QuickBooks under these circumstances?Should I:Enter transactions manually based on statements?Use journal entries and categorize the
We have set up the PFML items for our employees and the company. We were told to set up the % by family leave and then by medical leave both on the the employee and the company end. It is set up to pull for the employee at -0.135% for family and -0.305% for medical and then the same for the company portion (totaling .44% for each). The type is listed as Other Tax, the tax tracking to Other (as that was our only option listed) and payable to MN UI Fund with our account ID. We have been told three different things by three different Quickbooks support people and none of them have worked to correctly map these to the liabilities to be paid when they come due in April for the first time. So we keep having to manually adjust the liabilities. Wondering if we are missing something in the initial set up so these flow correctly? Can anyone help? 🙂
I've only been using QB for a few weeks; at first it was a 24 hour lag in seeing transactions, but now it's three days. Completely unacceptable while trying to keep accurate records. I've cleaned the cache on the QB app and my bank's mobile app. The connection is working, data appears to be downloading, yet there isn't anything new. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I got a new lap top & now have to register my Simple Start 2007. Says I maximum unregistered uses. How do I get a validation code?
I want to upgrade from Quickbook's Desktop Pro 2021 to Desktop Pro 2024. Do I need to upgrade to 2022, 2023 and then 2024?
I keep getting an email saying "We noticed you haven’t signed in to your Intuit account for over 180 days." I open QuickBooks as an administrator at least once a week. Since I use QuickBooks Payments, every time QB opens, it signs into my Intuit/QB Payments account. Is there something I need to do to stop these notifications? What am I missing here? I'm using QB Desktop Pro 2021. Thanks!
I am out of the country so that may have something to do with it. I should not have to pay to file
Please someone tell me that Intuit is considering the ramifications of not having a way to turn off the new update dealing with payroll taxes becoming final in July. This could be Intuit's "New Coke" or Cracker Barrel" moment. One that will be studied later as a major failure to listen to your customer. They stand to lose a lot of customers over this that otherwise like the software.I, for one, CANNOT use that feature even if I wanted to. I run my own payroll but am a satellite of a larger non-profit. I send all my payroll taxes to the main organization and they pay the government. This is completely within accepted accounting practices and we pass an audit every year (of our finances and our procedures). I have been using QuickBooks for over 25 years and this will force me to change systems. I know I am not alone in this and I know there is a lot of resistance to this change. (Ask the customer service agents how many calls they are getting on this) And, speaking of "New Coke", u
I just subscribed for Soloprenuer which was discounted as $5 for 3 months and then I would be charged the normal $20/month. I just got charged the $20 and it says the next payment is due next month. I should be getting charged $5 and not have a payment due until July. There's no way for me to contact support so I'm hoping someone has an answer for me!
If anyone would like to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about the new Quickbooks Online payroll tax policy, please do it here: https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaintThis new policy means that Intuit will REQUIRE all QBO users to authorize Intuit to withdraw, manage, and pay payroll taxes on behalf of your small business. This also means that Intuit will take our money the day we process payroll and hold it (in my case, for up to six weeks!) until our payroll taxes are due. This is a terrible thing for a small business's cash flow, not to mention Intuit will be earning interest on OUR money for weeks before they turn those funds over to the tax agencies. If anyone at Intuit cares about their small business customers, this policy should immediately be reversed. Let ME decide how/when to pay my own payroll taxes, please.
