Direct Deposit Liability Account

We have just migrated to QB Online.  I am trying to map the payroll accounts properly but cannot find where to map the Direct Deposit Liability Account.  I have set one up with our numbering scheme, but don't see anywhere to map it.  Your help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Why doe QB online keep reactivating GL accounts I have made in active?  I  service business only.  I don’t want cost of goods.   It lets me make it inactive.  Then the next time I log in…. There it again.  Along with other GL accounts I don’t want.    And is there not a way to stop the awful pop ups?   Everyone I try to send an invoice I’m being upsold invoice financing. Like I’m at a used car dealership.   I want my accounting to be boring and it’s so annoying working in QB online  looking for any alternatives ???  Or some help

Hi,I'm using QuickBooks Desktop 2024 Premier Plus edition. It's the yearly subscription. I do have an issue with the layout designer. The field to edit the invoice is very small (see screenshot), and I have no idea how to resolve it. I cannot make it larger.  Can you help?Edy

To verify my bank account, Quickbooks made a deposit in my bank account. When I click on the emailed button and log in, Quickbooks says, "sorry, something is wrong."
