I accidentally made 2 accounts that are identical but they have different months/years data in them.  How can I combine them into one account? I have QB 2021

I have been trying to run payroll today in QBO. I have approved the timesheets in classic time, then gone to QBO time approvals to run the payroll. Once I click on Rune Payroll the overtime disappears. Is something going on with QBO payroll today?

Hi,There was an update to QBO the week of 9/11/23. After this update, the ability to "Swipe Card" when taking payment on a sales receipt disappeared and we are forced to key in the customers security code, name , address etc. We are charged 3.5% fees for this. What happened to the swipe feature? It is still there when receiving payments for invoices.

I transfered my QuickBook online to QuickBook desktip Pro 2024. Everything seemed to transfer fine last month. This month, I am no longer able see my Vendor and Customers List. I have run Tool Hub and File Doctor multiple times, but I'm still getting Error 381 and Error 213 that the Tool Hub says it can't fix. Does anyone have any suggestions?!?

I’ve had quickbooks for years and never had this problem. My bank has been consistently linked to my BOA account, but for some reason after I connected to TurboTax to do my taxes my banking unlinked. I can log into the 3rd party screen no problem, but after pressing “connect accounts” it looks like the account is connected but IT NEVER DOES. not on desktop or the phone app. I’ve tried over and over again- same problem. Just says “link bank account”- so my profile looks like I have $0 everything even though I’ve been keeping track of my expenses for years in this app. Even in incognito and clear cache browsers and relinking my bank in my banking app. has anyone else experienced this problem and what did you do??

I'm having an issue with a glitch in QuickBooks Self Employed not allowing me to create a new client. I get an error when creating a new client to bill. I have a client waiting to pay me and I cannot create them an invoice. I asked chat support to help. I got an email saying "We’ve identified additional steps for you to try. We’re continuing to work on solving for this unexpected behavior and our next update is currently scheduled for Fri Jan 30 20:00:00 GMT 2026. In order for you to make sure you can complete your work; we would advise you to follow these steps: Utilize the Mobile App instead of the web browser." So I download the QuickBooks app. Sign in. It tells me "Couldn't sign in. This app is only for Quick Books Online. If you use QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can re-download it from your app store purchase history". The problem is I've never downloaded that Self-Employed app, and it doesn't seem to exist in the app store anymore. What the hell am I supposed to do QuickBooks? An
