Hi, I exported the report from the Product List and when I check the qty on hand from the report vs what's on my qbo online, there's a discrepancy. How do I resolve this?

I exported the report by going to Sales > Products & Services > Run Reports. Then I search by going to Sales > Products & Services and typing the product name. The qty on hand from the report and from checking manually do not match.

Can I change the predefined label text in an invoice?

I work in Spain and have been using the Quickbooks pc version for a long time now, and decided to use the online version. I want to change the text in the pre-defined header and footer labels.
