Dear all; I have Estimates number as 2510-1011.1 and also have 2510-1019, 2510-1918. When I display all estimates, and I tried to sort by clicking at the No. column header, the Descending sequence appears with 2510-1011.6 first before the 22510-1019, or 1018. How do I sort the Estimates by No.? Many thanks in advance. Best Regards, JY

Hello! Is QBO planning to integrate an AI/AI Agent to take in a PDF or an image (like .jpg), a receipt, then decipher the receipts content, i.e. look at its amount or the vendor etc., then attach that receipt to the appropriate bank or credit card transaction that has already been synchronized into QBO from the bank connection? The preexisting "receipt" upload feature was never able to perform such tasks and we do not wish to integrate external third-party apps. An AI/AI Agent/Agentic AI can likely perform this in QBO with ease...it would safe our bookkeeping LOTS of time. Thank you. 🙂

The app has updated and no longer allows me to tick tax as exempt from vat or taxes as my business is not vat registered I cannot charge vat. I dont know how to fix this issue.

I don't know if this information is only from my bank or if it is also accessed from my QuickBooks.

After quickbooks update and new look the app does not allow the tax rate to be added, it does not even allow me to enter amount or % or select a different tax rate ?

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with the QuickBooks Android app when trying to create a new invoice and add a new product/item that doesn’t already exist. Here’s what’s happening: I tap to add a new item during invoice creation. I fill in all required fields (description, price, etc.). To save the item, I must select a Tax Code — this is a mandatory field. However, the Tax Code dropdown appears as a ghost dropdown — no options are visible, and I can’t select anything. Because of this, I cannot save the new item, and the invoice creation process is blocked. Additional Info: This issue is only happening on Android devices. The same workflow works fine on iOS and browser versions. The problem started after a recent app update. I’ve tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, and testing on multiple Android devices — same result. Questions: Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a known workaround?
