My invoices are automatically debiting an account that I can't seem to change and it's definitely not where I want the debit to be posting.

I recently purchased a laptop with Windows 11 Pro. I was very surprised that my QB Pro v. 2019 works! I installed it from my original installation CD without any problems and it really works. I was able to open all my QB files. Of course, the installation disk doesnt have the recent updates including the important 1099  -NEC update. I had read in many places that QB Pro before 2021 would not work on windows 11, but apparently this isnt the case. Any thoughts?

and in the history of invoices, it goes back to the beginning of 2024. Can someone explain or shed some light on this?

I would like to avoid having to go through the invite process again, as many clients take a long time to accept them. It's a hassle. I am taking time off for 1 month, and essentially need to reimburse or not charge for one month. Regular payments will resume after the one month.

Most of my clients request a text alert along with the email and I would love to just use my app on the go to send these instead of having to wait until I’m home to do it through my laptop!!!

While reconciling I was missing transactions. I found them in the BANK TRANSACTIONS and categorized them. After categorizing them, they still did not show up in the bank register or reconciliation page. I have made sure it is the same account.

Hello, I have an erroneous entry made a couple of weeks ago that is preventing me from reconciling my account.  The entry is a tax payment to the State but it is incorrect.  I think this applied on or before I actually resolved an issue with the State so we can pay payroll taxes correctly.  This particular entry is mostly greyed out except for the option to add "C" for "Cleared - Tentatively Reconciled" or "R" for "Reconciled".  The buttons on this entry or "Edit", "Cancel" and "Save" but no delete option.  BTW, this fictitious payment does not show up at my bank.  It is only in QB.  I'm off by this one entry.  How do I get rid of it.  Clicking edit does nothing.  I cannot modify this one. Thanks in advance! Brooks

Staring in Sept 2025, QB changed the way the emails look when emailing an invoice. I'm referring to the actual email, not the actual invoice. The invoice itself is fine. But, now the email will display the business owner's personal home address, it used to display the business address.  How do I change it back to the business address, like it's been for the last 10 years? I don't want my personal home address on the emails.Thanks,

when adding in attachments to reconciled entries, there is always a warning about messing up the reconciliation which I always say yes to. However when I also add in the payee info, it pops up with the do you wan to prefill, to which the answer is always no, but since it looks like the other one i often inadvertently click on yes.
