Is anyone having trouble logging into QBO?

We sold our company. The new owner is asking for a ‘Quickbooks desktop read only file of our accounts receivable. They want to see the customer list, invoicing, memorized transaction list, etc.  How do I create a read only file that restricts them to these items only. I don’t want them to access anything else.

Hello, I’m unable to add the client’s email address back to the Users list and would appreciate your assistance. Background: We mistakenly assigned the wrong Primary Admin to the account. Under the Users list, both the former Primary Admin and the client were listed. To correct this, the former Primary Admin removed the client user and then added me as the correct Primary Admin. However, after logging in and attempting to re-add the client, I no longer see an option to add them back to the account.Could you please advise on how to restore the client’s access and re-add them to the Users list? Thank you for your assistance.

My account doesn't seem to have many options to do what I need to do ?

I had QB desktop for years then converted to online for years now am retired and want to move back to desktop just so I have my accounts secure for the next 4 years.   Help!

On 7/3/26 I was having some issues with my card getting declined while shopping. I called the number on my card and spoke to a number of people between QB and GD over a course of 5 calls in which most I had been hung up on. When speaking with the different reps, I was assured that my card would not decline anymore but it continued to do so. One rep said that he would escalate it and I would receive a call. So NOT to my surprise, I received that call from the same number on the back of my card. Thinking I could “trust” said company- I answered. This person recanted the entire issue from the day before- asked me to verify my info per usual and then proceeded to “work on my behalf” to rectify this issue. Depuis que QB en Ligne a changé vers le nouvel interface j'ai perdu la langue francaise malgré bien configuré pour afficher le francais.. Depuis un moment j'hésitais à en parler mais là c'est devevu pire que tout et j'ai perdu mes repères.Suis le seul à qui ca fait ça? Devrais je porter plainte au gouvernement du Qc pour l'Office de la langue francaise du quebec?merci

Bank accounts never connected

I opened a business checking account with QuickBooks about 3 years ago. Everything went smooth all along without issue. Two weeks ago, I was looking to download my 1099-INT but I wouldn't find it. Their chatbot told me to call their support and gave me a phone number. After on the call for an hour, bounced 5 different times to several support reps from offshore, they offered to escalate the ticket for me.   The rep spotted I had a different phone number on file and asked if he could call my number on file to verify I was the account owner. I never mentioned my company phone number to anyone that day, so he must had been looking at my account in their system. 10 seconds later I received the call on the other line from the same rep with the same matching incoming caller ID. He said he will send me a code to authorize viewing my account and attached the escalation.   I hesitated but ended up gave him to code. I am running a standalone 2014 version of Quick Books Pro.  I have 3 “companies” although they are for my personal accounting.  Two of them open fine, but one gives me the “User Name “Admin” is not a recognized user” message.  The three data files have been working fine for months/years and now today I get this error on the one.  I have checked permissions, and various other things.  Even tried the password reset tool, but got:Starting Password Reset... Validating Token... Token validation passed Loading DataBaseManager.dll... Retrieving file information Error retrieving file information... Unable to reset password for this file  How can I get this resolved?  HELP!  Thanks

I too had a very similar issue in February 2021 and the Risk Management Case worker closed my merchant services account on March 1, 2021 with no explanation. Usually you would get an email with an explanation letter of what is needed with a case number or why the account and case is being closed.  I have yet to receive any of that. I would definitely like to speak with someone at a management or higher level regarding the incident.  The person that handled the case was very rude and nasty.  It bothered me so bad that I called back in to file a complaint and it was noted by someone else I spoke with when I called back in later.  All of a sudden, My merchant account was cancelled without warning, and they could not tell me why.  There was NO documentation in the case or my file as to why.  The only person that could make the decision but the risk person that had my case.  I feel this is in retaliation for my original complaint that was documented in my

Hello, My company currently uses Enterprise Solutions 21 and received the notice about service ending on 5/31/24. What are my options? Is there another Enterprise Solutions or will we need to transition to QB Online?

Hello, Pretty sure I know the answer to thisI work for a MSP, we have a client using 2021 version, the Intuit login screen just spins and never loads. I assume the login was blocked out due to the version being EOL.  Company file is goodJust the online Intuit account.

I have tried to log into Camps.intuit.com on three different browsers.   My password is accepted and then I get a blank screen.  I can see that something wants to appear for about a second and then nothing.   I have cleared browsing history.  I was just trying to do the silly 2024 Desktop update that was advertised in an email.  Not important but, why is there always a problem for $1300 a year.  Any tips on doing the update would be great.  Thank you.

In settings it says cancelled but I remain to be charged

I received this response to a question I had the other day:     “QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021 doesn't display the exact number of days left on your 90-day login session. Once it expires, you will just be prompted to log back in         with your username and password when you open your company file. This login session is completely separate from the mandatory 90-day password reset. The             password reset is a strict security requirement where QuickBooks asks all users to create a new password every 90 days to protect your data”. Regarding the 90-day mandatory password reset, I’ve read about people being completely locked-out of the program and they have had to contact Intuit for support.  Is this something that typically happens, being completely locked out of the program? 

How do I restore a backup from desktop quickbooks to the online quickbooks. I have tried using movemybooks but they have cannot do it because they say I have  a QBB file rather than a QBW file. Can backups be restored from this file?
