Starbucks is obviously a Meals & Entertainment account so why aren't the Tax, From/To and Categorize filled in?
I understand that a credit memo needs to be created for processing of bad debts, but with no box to select about selling to a customer, then there is no product/service that shows up when creating the credit memo.

From past questions, it mentioned that after having multi-currency enabled in settings, you can only choose from 4 accounts - accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and credit card. I need to choose accounts payable, but it doesn't offer to change the currency (preset at canadian).
The payment was manually entered properly but then I think it also was pulled through the bank feed as a deposit and applied the entire deposit to the one customer and the wrong invoices. The invoices show on the bank recon as having unapplied payments. Can anyone help me fix this?
My home currency is BGN (selected in QB online multi currency option) and EUR is second currency of the QB account. In Jan 2026 country is going to replace BGN with EUR, therefore I want to change home currency into EUR from the beginning. My QB account is already connected to my bank account and with SalesForce application but, no transaction has been performed, yet

I haven't changed settings in months and this duplication started happening out of nowhere. Although I'm not sure if it's related to another issue I had that Quickbooks just resolved. The issue I had prior was that I couldn't duplicate invoices to start a new one with the customer's same info already pre-submitted, but they fixed that and now this new issue is occurring.
I am not comfortable with modern view , should I fix the classic view setting forever ? otherwise I will cancel the subscription because i do not want modern view.
I checked that QB just updated the "sales" side of e-invoicing but not the "purchase" side of e-invoicing. Does this mean that I have to upload one by one my purchases from suppliers?

how can I add an account to my COA with a different currency than my home currency. I do not see the drop down menu to change currency when adding a new account. I have Multi Currency on in my settings and use Quickbooks Essentials.

When making journal entries, choosing the Supplier, I type in "M" and expect all the suppliers starting with "M" to be displayed. But NO. For some reason, the first name that CONTAINS an "M" is displayed first. So until I type at leaset 3 letters, the search results are useless. How can I make the search results useful to me, instead of a pain in the ass. This is clearly a crappy decision on the SQL command. From an end-user perspective, it really sucks
For example, e-invoice will be implement in July, if I record invoice dated before July, will the invoice be send to LHDN also?
