Can I delete old customers name and details from the App
After spending over an hour on chat with QuickBooks support today, I am left completely disappointed.From the very beginning, the support agent assured me that my payment issue was “simple” and that they would “definitely fix it with ease.”However, after a long exchange and providing all requested details — including my account information — I was eventually told that the issue cannot be resolved by their department and that it must be handled by “a different team.” This kind of communication is unacceptable.If the agent had told me this at the start, I could have saved my time and avoided unnecessary frustration.Instead, I was kept in a loop of empty reassurances, copy-paste replies, and no real help or solution. A brief note to rant that the recent updates to the iPhone app have rendered it almost unusable. The new “customer hub” feature, launched yesterday (replacing the old customers view), is completely broken. You can only search by “display name”, not first name, last name, company name, postcode, phone number etc. We have QB accounts with over 15,000 customers and we can’t find customers using the app. In the same customer hub, having selected a customer, you cannot click on any of the transactions to view them. You tap, and nothing happens. You have to write down an invoice number, go into the invoice view, and search for the invoices to be able to view it. Again, in the same customer hub, if you are lucky enough to have found a particular customer, none of the “create” features work. You tap +, then tap “new invoice” and nothing happens (same with new estimate and every other option). I have spent the day teaching 20 employees, who work entirely off iPhones, ho

I'm using QB online on my Samsung tablet. I use the Web version because the app rotates the new invoice screen to portrait. This prevents me from typing using the attached keyboard. But until today, the Web version was ok as a workaround. However, the new updated Web version which came into effect today for me, pretty much doesn't work in landscape format. And in addition, my most essential 'rolling 12 month sales' screen has vanished. Even in portrait mode. So now Quickbooks for me is barely usable. I think I'm going to have to explore Xero or Sage.
Hello, I have a valid copy of QB 2015 desktop pro which I haven't used for a few years. I would like to use it again for some simple accounting, but having a problem getting it started on a PC which replaced my previous PC. When I click on 'Begin registration', I get an error screen. Is it still possible to use this version?

How do I cancel Quickbooks Accountant?
I’ve changed my phone to iPhone 17 and wanted to send an invoice to a client. I can load the app and my customers, I can see the estimate but it won’t load up when I press it. I’ve also tried to click on create invoice and this doesn’t work either. Has anyone had this issue and figured it out?
