I was only logged into one session on my desktop, have logged out, have tried a different browser, have used an incognito window, have cleared cache in chrome, you can't seem to change this date setting on the app. I'm all out of ideas, has anyone had this before?

I only deleted the project as QB states you cannot make a customer inactive without deleting projects. It also said you can undelete projects. However, this now seems NOT to be the case and I have lost all my project info.

It appears this problem was flagged as far as 5 years ago and Quickbooks has done nothing to better the situation. Is the only solution to lose all your project data - or, also not workable, do you need to export data from all projects from all customers one by one or else lose it all?

I retired from business 5 years ago and retained a copy of QB Desktop Pro 2021 to do a couple of sets of charity accounts. My PC now needs upgrading as it does not support Windows 11.I still have the Licence number and Product code and also a program file. Will I be able to install and use the program on a new PC?Many thanks

Has the update broke this app

My bank accounts connected to Quickbooks haven't updated for over 24 hours. No transactions are showing, but when a client pays me the balance increases, but not showing the transaction. I have to mark the payment as being a cash payment, which isn't correct. I have unconnected and reconnected my bank accounts and still not working. Either on the app or online. Can someone please help.

When I open quickbooks on my phone, I can’t see my usual shortcuts such as ‘invoices’ ‘receipts’ etc. When I clicked on my business insights I got a message saying something is wrong!
