The automated sales tax rate is incorrect and I have to manually override every tax on invoices I pull in from my service software. I did not turn on automated sales tax by choice and want to get rid of it.

Our employees arrive at various times, not tightly scheduled, so having a lunch break reminder at 4 hrs and 55 min after clocking in is what we need. Is that possible? Thank you for any help.

Hello -  How can I get a Year End Census report for our 401k.  It needs to include Gross Compensation, Prior Year Compensation, all of the contributions.  This is not part of the Census report that is available.

Should  I just start another QBO acct?

I just applied several prior year payments to A/R invoices in 2025 QB.  It appears that this affected retained earnings.I am having an issue when I go to input information into 2025 Turbo tax business area (book balance sheet) for our 1120S tax return.Any ideas?Marge Ellis

How do you make a transfer from quickBooks checking to another linked checking account on the mobile app

I've been able to set up pricing rules to sell product to certain customers at different sales prices. What I'm needing to do is create estimates that utilize those rules so we can send out quotes to customers. Is this possible?

Is there a way to change the auto fill for the date from the last date used to it auto filling with today's date? It's so annoying that there hasn't been a way to do this in QBO like you could with the desktop.  

We do not want any of our shop floor employees to be able to clock in and out  on their mobile device. None of them have permissions  ... but one man did. Here is what happened.   Our kiosk was not working due to internet outage.   William tried clocking in on his phone and he was successful.  William clocked in on his phone when the tablet was down. But he doesn't have permissions. Look at the image below:  It appears William has the same permissions as joseph.  Why can William clock in on his iphone but not Joesph.Thanks,LDO 1960

I want to set client/customer A at $100 per hour and client/customer B at $150 per hour, instead of just a single billable rate per employee.  How can I do that?  So whenever I add time to a specific client/customer, it will auto adjust the rate per hour.
