A bit of context: I go to tradeshows every few weeks and need to adjust out the quantity of sold hundreds of sold products after every tradeshow. I want the quantity and the COGS to be affected by the adjustment, but I only see a way to manually add items on the "Inventory Quantity Adjustment" page. Is there another way, such as creating an order or something, where I can just import an excel sheet of SKUs and qtys?

My inventory on QB online has not been updated for over 2 years, and when adjusting the inventory on-hand it creates an inventory shrinkage account that equates over $1.3M which is wrong. How do I fix the inventory and get on the right track instead of creating a ginormous expense. 

I'm running Quick Books Desktop Plus Pro 2024 on Parallels with Windows 11 Professional. This is running on my Mac Laptop with M2 Max chip with OS Sequoia 15.7.2. Latest update Quick Books in unstable.....After Uninstalling QB and doing a clean install of QBI open QB and do not select a file.  I get to the updates and get updates.  Starting with update notice that appears after the update has completed.  I get a dialog box with just a ok button and no text.  I restart my VM, relaunch QB, it goes through the updating QuickBooks......  I restart my VM again.  I open QB, the first window QB opens with the logo, display's weird, it grabs a piece of my desktop as background to the logo in a square.  I open an existing file and restore from a backup.  The file opens, I enter the password... The File opens up. I close the file and QB quits. I open QB again and it starts to open but need gets to the opening logo. It just becomes non responsive. Then

Hello!  95% of our customers are Schools/ISDs/Colleges/Universities all over the United States.  Some of them have strict email standards, one of them is my emails must come from a US based server.  I have been on chat for tooooo long & too many times with QBO, and can get no where. My invoice emails aren't getting to some customers and I don't know who until they are late w payment.  I WISH I had time to go through every email I send. The other issue...QBO has a message that says "can't send this email". No matter what I do, they will not go through.  I have to send to myself and forward from there.  This is NOT time efficient and is not fair to my customers. Any ideas?  I'd really appreciate the help.

Hi, I keep getting Error Code: OL-222 when trying to import a bank .qbo file.  I've checked for updates, tried to fix the issue with the QB Tool Hub, and have repaired QB via the Windows Control Panel a couple times. This runs through the repair and says it has been fixed.  When I open QB, it goes through the update process, downloads and installs files, but nothing has fixed it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Using QuickBooks 2020 ProWindows 10 Thanks

Printing to pdf printer - starts the print/save process - I can specify location & file name - freezes on save.A file is created, but it is not a valid .pdf 1. I use QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020 for my business. Today I tried to print an invoice for one of my patients and QB froze. It has never happened before so I closed the program, reopened it and tried again. The same thing happened. I tried saving the invoice as a pdf instead but QB still ended up freezing. I have tried restarting my whole computer, I have utilized QB Tool Hub, I even tried manually changing a few things per tutorials that I found here and nothing has solved the problem. The printer works fine printing anything not off of QB and when I tried to print a different customer's invoice it still froze the program. 

I've had to upgrade to a new computer just a few months after I purchased QB Desktop Pro Plus 2021. I installed QB on my original computer with a disk. My new computer doesn't have a disk drive. How do I move it over? Thanks!

Hi, I am currently trying to delete my accounts as I was trying to start a company and something got glitched on the back end and now I am unable to access all 3 of them, nor am I able to see the accountant view. I am 100% disappointed with the customer service team, as I have spent the last 3 days talking to nearly all customer services reps and not one has helped, they just continue to transfer me. This process has been nothing but painful and all I wanted was to start a company and I am now unable to access any resources. I have no more emails and no more phone numbers to use to make another company. I would love some help as to how to handle this. I have tried deleting them through the website, it says it's been requested, then emails me again to say something needs to be fixed, and nothing happens. I am just trying to delete my accounts so I can start my company without complications. All helps and advice is awesome, thanks. 

Why Direct Deposit Payroll does not show on Bank register or bank reconciliation?

I have called about the integration transactions for specifically Amazon that will not allow me to confirm a card for. It only seems to be a select number of transactions for whatever reason do not have the card and will not let me confirm that account. I have called numerous times and its been weeks and have not heard back anything. Anyone know what to do?

I know I likely need to just update QB's, but that just isn't an option currently.  I have never used the option of downloading bank and credit card statements, in trying to do so now I get an error message no matter what bank I try to setup. The error is OLSU1011.  Is it worth my time to try any of the fixes or am i just to out of date?
