The time screen in Quickbooks online shows a green title bar with "Your account is connected to a Quickbooks Time account". When I click "Launch Quickbooks Time" it takes me to another window screen and displays this message "Login not allowed for this account Your account does not have access to submit time directly. Please talk to your Admin or sign in to your QuickBooks Online account." I have talked with customer service and they cannot determine the problem. I am the Primary Admin on the account and do not have access. I am not able to add a Time subscription because it says I already have an account. Anyone know how to fix this issue without paying an extreme amount of money for an upgrade from Essentials for other functions that I do not need. I just would like to have access to time tracking.

Where do I find statements that have already been created?

From past questions, it mentioned that after having multi-currency enabled in settings, you can only choose from 4 accounts - accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and credit card. I need to choose accounts payable, but it doesn't offer to change the currency (preset at canadian).

With the Spreadsheet Sync Trial Balance report, the debit sometimes doesn't balance with the credit. This difference is caused by the inactive accounts, which aren't in the Spreadsheet Sync Trial Balance for any periods despite having a balance for the periods before they were closed. For comparison, the QBO Trial Balance report does include inactive accounts. On the other hand, the Spreadsheet Sync Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports do also include inactive accounts. So it's definitely possible to have inactive accounts with Spreadsheet Sync. Is there currently a way to include these inactive accounts in the Trial Balance, too? Thank you!

What category do i use for personal groceries

The payment was manually entered properly but then I think it also was pulled through the bank feed as a deposit and applied the entire deposit to the one customer and the wrong invoices. The invoices show on the bank recon as having unapplied payments. Can anyone help me fix this?
