what the hell is going on with qb, every day there's new changes and every time there's something not working, how the heck can I get in touch with qb, it just sucks. why can't I get a chat open with qb. can someone tell qb to just stop making changes if they're not ready for it or tell them that they try it out first before launching a new change. I'm sick and tired of this. this is beyond stupid

I have already obtained the QuickBooks Accountant ProAdvisor Certificate after successfully passing the exam. Now I want to receive the Advanced Certification as well. However, this option is not available in my QuickBooks Accountant account. Could you please guide me on how I can access or enable the Advanced Certification?

An overpayment was made to a supplier so a balance is showing as owing from said supplier. However, a refund of the overpaid amount has now been made from the supplier. If I add this as a deposit and allocate it to the supplier, it does not show on the suppliers account and still shows that fuds are owed back from them. How do I rectify this?

I have checked currency settings and it seems correct

i have around 300 assets all of them are recorded under an excel file, every month we post a journal entry. for the main accounts we created with the total asset category values, like IT, Vehicle, Office equuipment like that. there are no individual asset details added in quickbooks. can we add that ?
