we are looking at using a geofenced sign in type system to monitor casual staffin summer months we use lots of casual staff to do a few shifts. Our staff numbers in a normal month can be around 50, but then in summer months where we need to introduce some sort of sign in system to track hours, we may 500 stafff in a month.The price per month per employee on Time - is that only charged if an amployee actual signs in that month - so that we dont pay for the 500 people all eyar round?Anyone help??

Hi all I'm relatively new to using quickbooks and would like to import some historic ebay data that is older than 90 days old. I'd like to be able to categorise the transactions as the data is uploaded. The extract I have from ebay captures a broad range of headings such as total sales, postage, insertion fee, final value fee etc.. If anyone has any links to video explainers, or actual examples, that would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance all. Andi

We have a new supplier that we were paying via direct debit but have had trouble getting invoices off them so entered them as an expense. We now have a back log of invoices to input but how do we put the expenses against the invoices?

I recently contacted my bank after numerous failed attempts over a few days to connect my danske business account with my QuickBooks app. The bank have told me that the issue is nothing to do with them. Can you fix this? I am banking with Danske Bank in Belfast (UK)

I have asked the previous bookkeeper for the QuickBook monthly invoices and she has told me they are stored on QuickBooks. My understanding is that you create an invoice on QB's then attach the hard copy received, but there is nothing attached to the invoices created? Is there somewhere else they could be?
