I use sumup
When I write out an invoice on my phone it has been changed and is completely different I'm struggling to enter vehicle details etc can I go back to the old invoices system
I use the Projects feature in QuickBooks to track the various projects we manage on behalf of clients. To bring in income for these projects, we invoice third parties. As far as I can tell, QuickBooks only lets you issue invoices to the project itself, rather than to the actual customer/third party. There doesn’t seem to be a way to simply assign an invoice to a project. Does anyone know a workaround — either to link an invoice to a specific project, or to link the incoming payment to the project at the same time as matching it to the invoice?
I've relinked my bank however the last 3 months of transactions are not pulling through automatically
This is a journal entry that I haven't entered - can QB make auto adjustments to my accounts?
Used to edit the form before but looks like an "improved" look has removed that option for old designs and made it hard to navigate. QB Help topic does not help.
I have had three accounts connected to Quickbooks for more than a year. All transactions of all accounts were imported correctly and the administration was up to date. Then I closed one of the accounts. And now all previous transactions of the account that I closed are no longer showing in Quickbooks. How do I solve this?
Permissions refreshed and readded, cache has been cleared multiple times to no avail, mileage tracker also not working
I need to be able to import bulk payments using a CSV, just like you can with invoices and sales receipts. This is not currently an option. The help assistant said that this is something Quickbooks are working on, although I get the impression they might of just been saying that to get me off the chat. Does anyone have a date of when this feature will be available. What is the workaround for bulk importing payments using a CSV? I thought this is quite a vital feature and cant believe QuickBooks doesn't support this already.
I regularly create a CSV file of invoices to import into Quickbooks online. However, every single time I do this import I have to manually set the date format of the Invoice Date column, and manually choose Inclusive of Tax or Exclusive of Tax against the column Item Amount. Is there a way to specify within the CSV the format of these fields?
