When I use my Android phone's built in screen capture feature the app is disallowing recording the attached receipt when I view it.

as soon as a customer was selected, the time entries would be available on the right side of the invoice to add on the invoice. this time all I get is billing/payment options. where is the unbilled time associated with the customer which was just transferred from QB Time?

I can go in and change it on each new invoice manually, but I want to change it so it always shows the new address with every future invoice I send out. We use the web based QB Self-Employed $35/mo plan.

have a few "additional pay types" set up to route wages to the right departments when I have associates who work in more than one department. I can't find a way to edit the wage when I give someone a raise in one department but not the other.

QB desktop is requiring me to login. Not a big deal I can do that every once and awhile. Problem is when I go to sign in, the screen goes to the QB payments block and the icon in the middle just spins. It never lets me connect to anything to sign in. There was a recent update.
I would like to confirm that when a Vendor is made Inactive, the 1099 will still be generated without having to change their status later. I understand that the transaction all remain and they don't show up in the drop-down lists, but would also like to make sure that QB is smart enough to know that they still need a 1099 and nothing special needs to be done in order for INACTIVE Vendors to be included the following year for 1099.
The company I work for has been using QBO for 10-plus years but never actually using the system to create billing (all done off-line). Now when I try to clean up accounts by deactivating clients, employees and accounts I get a message telling me there's unbilled activity attached and that I can't deactivate them. How would I go about getting them cleaned out? Thanks Jack Thompson
Hello all....I have contractors using desktop and they do not want to convert to QBO because there does not seem to be a similar version to QB Plus D/T and QBO Advanced is expensive. So the question is, are there any work arounds in QBO Plus for jobcosting reports like Estimates vs. Actuals? In desktop that specific report will print by item and also includes balance sheet accounts (like land cost). The only report I find in QBO Plus is project profitability which is just a P&L by project (no items, no estimate, no balance sheet accounts). Additionally, desktop will track and create a warning when insurance has expired. I understand QBO Advanced has more features, but jumping from QB Plus D/T to QBO Advanced is a big price difference. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
