When I try to receive payment from a customer using an echeck with Quickbooks Online, the transaction fails immediately with the message "The transaction was declined because the bank account is incorrect, or there is a security concern". It shows up on the Quickbooks Payments transaction report as Status:Declined and Response:Transaction Declined. I know the routing and account numbers are correct because we've processed payments before. I've also tried using a completely different account owned by the same customer and the error is the same. The customer says that his bank never even saw the attempt. Please help!
There is a stray entry in a/r for $4.00. There is a corresponding retained earnings of $4.00. How can they be removed from the general ledger in QBO?
I can't get a verification code to add a bookkeeping client to my list of clients
How can I get monthly subtotals to show in General Ledger Reports in QuickBooks Online?
Reconcile report won't balance without the Share dividend and I can't find it anywhere. Not in "for review", "categorized" or "excluded".
My credit card is unlinked because the vendor made changes and we can no longer get it to work. 3.5 hours on chat with QBO! Anyway, it's ok if not linked but how can I still get it to show as a tile on my bank transactions page??

We operate on a cash basis and we never had any journal entries post in the register until this past May. All of these journal entries are associated with payroll; we use a non-QuickBooks vendor to process our payroll and they are connected to our QuickBooks account.
In the new quickbooks online interface, is the "Copy to Bill" button gone? I cannot seem to find it. Can you add this button back please!!!
No place to add attachment to Bank transactions - ie a copy of the invoice being posted.

I would like to see how my expenses are as a percent of my net expenses or against overall net income.
We are seeking your assistance to resolve an issue related to accessing the Balance Sheet report with pre-applied filters via URL parameters. For the past four years, we have been using the following URL format to directly open the Balance Sheet report for a specific customer, with the customer filter and accounting method passed in the query string: https://c27.qbo.intuit.com/app/reportv2?token=BAL_SHEET&customer=11855&accounting_method=Accrual&date_macro=all This approach functioned reliably until approximately two months ago. Since then, accessing the report via this URL redirects to the Balance Sheet page to Modern View, but without applying the specified customer filter. Notably, when switching to the Classic View, the same filter is correctly applied and the report renders as expected. We would appreciate your guidance on the following points: Passing Filters in Modern View: What is the recommended method for passing filters (e.g., customer ID, accounting method) via
These are coming through as expenses, in the description they call them Discount Rate Fees, type: Daily. My best guess is that these are charges from QB for using their system to process payments without a sufficiently priced subscription. I could be wrong, could someone give me a bit more information on this expense?
I want to create a project estimate with custom fields in the line items, but even though the estimate gets created through the API, these custom fields – Your rate (hidden), Your total (hidden), Markup% (hidden) – are not being passed. They are not being received or shown with the API.
