Is anyone else experiencing issues getting in T sheets today? We are trying to run payroll and we can’t login and when we try and call support it says the office is not open call during normal business hours and hangs up on us. It’s 9AM our time right now so 7AM where the office is located and they open at 5AM Monday through Friday so the office should not be closed.

receiving error 2106 when trying to download amex transactions.
I am looking for clarification from QuickBooks regarding the impact of the recent invoicing/payment update on historical deposit data. After this update, we noticed that historical deposits that previously had separate Client and Received From values are now displaying the Received From value in the Client field. The concerning part is that this appears to have changed the way historical transactions are presented without actually changing all underlying data. For example:Client-based reports still show the deposits correctly. Transaction search results still show the correct client. The client relationship appears to still exist in the backend data. However, when opening the deposit itself, the client information that was previously displayed is no longer visible. The deposit now appears to show only the Received From value.QuickBooks support has stated that this behavior is "working as intended," but that raises a larger concern: if this is the intended behavior, how is QuickBooks ensur
I am no longer able to edit the Customer/Client field on a deposit entry. Instead, it automatically inherits the Received From field, even when the payment was received from a Vendor. Chat support confirmed that this was an intentional update, but this change removes functionality that is essential for us. We are a law firm, and many of our deposits are received from third parties such as co-counsel, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other vendors. The Received From field should identify who actually sent the funds, while the Customer/Client field should identify which client the deposit belongs to. Those are two different pieces of information. Because these fields are now forced to match, we have to choose between recording who actually paid us or correctly associating the deposit with the client. In practice, this means we will have to list the funds as being received from the client instead of the actual payer. This change also eliminates valuable reporting capabilities. We
Hi! I just started at a new job, I have seen the invite to the company in my email through Gusto but when trying to accept it, it takes me to the Quick books Workforce login, I am able to add my long in info but after logging in I get an error that says “there is no company associated with this account” and it kicks me back to the login page. On my companies end it says I have received and accepted the invite. They haven't been able to delete my profile in there system to resend. I have called Quickbooks twice, the second time a ticket was put in and was told I would get a call back. I haven’t heard anything. My manager has also called a few times and has been unable to speak with someone to fix the issue.
Hi, I have entered my mileage as a receipt but it isn’t showing as an allowable expense Not sure what I am doing wrong
As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I rely on custom reports every month to prepare financial statements for multiple clients.I have spent time recreating my reporting workflow in Modern reports because Classic reports are being retired. Unfortunately, routine reporting now takes longer than it did in Classic. Some of the challenges I have encountered include:More clicks to complete routine tasks Report layouts that are less readable than Classic Customizations that do not always behave the same way as Classic reports Additional time spent verifying report settings before sending financial statements to clientsI am not opposed to improvements. If Modern reports truly become better than Classic, I will gladly use them. My concern is retiring Classic before Modern delivers the same efficiency, reliability, and ease of use that accounting professionals depend on every month.I would rather see Intuit continue supporting both options until Modern reports reach full feature parity and users choose to
.I'm trying to tie the 941 to the GL (transaction register), and since QBO payroll reports wages as net, I'm unable to reconcile them.Does anyone know of a shortcut to make them agree? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
No matter what I try
I've been informed by QBks that QBO won't allow reconciliations for balance sheet accounts that aren't bank accounts or credit cards. I have reconciled A/R and A/P and even Inventory accounts in Desktop versions for years. Now, I open the A/R register, see the "Reconcile" button VERY BRIEFLY before it disappears. I was given full admin access to our QBO account and still the reconcile button disappears after showing up for 1/2 a second. Why won't QBO allow reconciliations for these balance sheet accounts? Thanks,Shirley [Removed]
My Company File is installed on a USB drive D..How can I move this to my Hard Drive?
not updating in quickbooks
We have a number of vendors that we pay monthly and they have dozens of invoices & credits. I need to send them remittance advice so they know which items to clear from our account.
I record payroll via ADP GL ledger download when its issued - ADP uses a clearing account during this process. Occasionally the owner cashes his or one of the other employees payroll check from cash funds that come from our POS sales, and than he will deposit the check to our bank so it shows as cleared. When I record our POS sales, I use a 'undeposited funds' account per QB setup recommendation. For some reason, this has me all confused on how to post the cashing of the check, as I know it needs to come out of the 'undeposited funds' account - but if I post it to checking, than it will be coming out of the checking 2x's - once as the payroll check issued and once as the cashed check. But if I don't do anything, than my undeposited account is off by the deposited check amount. Can someone please walk me through how to handle this or at least help me be less confused? Thank you in advance

Ça m'indique:un problème est survenu de notre côté??
Management reporting is acting strangely the last 2 days. SPecifically: prior to this, I could add a report (standard or custom) to a Mgmt Report, and then NAME the report so that when it showed up in the Mgmt Report, it had a shorter more appropriate name than the underlying report. Always worked great, now all of a sudden, when you run the Mgmt Report, i’m seeing the long original name of the report. What is going on? What changed? Anyone else having this issue?
I’m entered bank deposits. As I’m typing in the data for Customer, Account, Etc. - Sometimes when I type in the first few letters (enough to match a unique existing Customer/Account/etc) and then hit “tab” it will automatically fill in the existing Customer from the drop down. Sometimes, with the exact same letters typed, into the exact same field, it will prompt to create new Customer (account/etc.). Slowing down ensures that the program picks up the existing Customer; but the necessary speed doesn’t seem to be entirely consistent. I’m finding that I am having to slow my typing; watch the field for the drop down; and it’s adding time & frustration to my data entry. Does this happen to anyone else? If the customer exists, and my keystrokes are exactly the same, shouldn’t the resulting autofill be exactly the same too?
Desktop 2024 payroll, under pay employees the recent payrolls are missing, I have tried everything to fix this but still missing, renamed the tlg file, redid a paycheck, verified and rebuilt file still nothing WTF
We are configuring the native Lightspeed Restaurant to QuickBooks Online integration and have a question about customer sync behavior. In Lightspeed's Sales Feed, transactions are tied to either: - A generic "Visitor" customer (walk-in/anonymous sales), or - A named, linked guest profile (e.g., room/folio-billed guests) I want "Visitor" type transactions to sync into QuickBooks Online, and to exclude sales tied to named guest profiles from syncing. 1. Does the Lightspeed–QuickBooks Online integration support filtering or excluding customers by type/category during sync, either natively or via sync settings? 2. If not supported natively, is there a recommended workaround (e.g., posting all sales as summarized totals rather than per-customer, which would avoid named guest profiles appearing in QuickBooks at all)? 3. Is this something controlled from the QuickBooks Online side, or is it entirely governed by Lightspeed's sync configuration? Any guidance, documentation, or best-practice
I'm linking to a corporate card account at BofA, and the way they provide transactions to Quickbooks is:1. Master account that contains only interest and payments2. Sub account for each cardholder that contains only purchasesThis is true even if--like me--you only have one cardholder. How do other people deal with this? Seemingly impossible to reconcile without creating journal entries that transfer balances between the two accounts. Not really that difficult for me when moving just one interest and card balance payment per month to the sub account, but if I were to have multiple sub accounts, I'd need to do this in reverse, instead, and that's not scalable. Other thoughts?
When I select "review", the item level table usually contains a "tax" column, but for transactions that have no tax for any items, this column is disabled. Any way to work around this?
it's intrusive and I don't use it.
