Email template changed after restarting QB Enterprise multi-user.Sent out invoices at 1:00PM - QB crashed - restarted QB - Continued to send out invoices and a new email template happened. How do I get the old email template back. Now all users have the same issue. See attached.
I have tried every suggestion on how to assure that the QB Windows app only opens in a manageable size. Every time I open the app it maximizes to full window. After resizing the window down, the contents within the app do not change format. This forces me to have to slide side to side within the app to function. This is not acceptable. I work with an UltraWide monitor to give me more room with flexibility to be more productive. This issues is destroying that. Honestly, I do not understand why this is even an issue to experience. No other productivity software I have ever run on my PCs have had this issue. Important points to consider before responding: Yes, I have followed all suggested QB, Windows and App settings to prevent this. I have followed advice from countless AI searches and forums as well. This is enough of an annoyance to dump QB all together.
Using QB V2024 Accountant DesktopWe have the company logo setup for a client that prints on the invoice perfectly. However, when that client emails those invoices form the Send Forms function in QB to the customer, the logo is being dropped off the pdf. This happened a couple months ago and I was hoping it would be fixed by now or have something in the forum on how to fix it. I can't find any comments related to the same problem. How do we get the logo back onto the emailed pdf files? Again there is no issue with the logo when we simply print the invoice from QB. Its only happening on those being emailed. We have tried emailing them from different email platforms but having the same issue on each one.
I began using Quickbooks with the QB Self Employed product, and used it for years until it was discontinued for Solopreneur. Instead of switching to that, I was advised to switch to QBO Simple Start, so I did. I found this difficult to use, so I cancelled my subscription after a few months of not being able to figure it out. Last week I decided to try Solopreneur, but subscribed to it under the wrong user ID. I then cancelled that subscription to try and re-subscribe under the correct user ID, but was shown two different error messages both times I tried this: The first error message said that I cannot subscribe to Solopreneur based on my subscription settings. I have no active subscriptions, so this is confusing. The second error message said that my business already has a Solopreneur account. Again, I cancelled that subscription so that I could re-subscribe under the correct User ID. I'm at a loss as to where to go from here. Live chat is apparen
When a customer uses a credit card for payment, I would prefer for them to pay for the credit card processing fee
My QB company has been in existence for 15 years. Because they didn't have money, we had to move from tracking inventory to a basic plan years ago. We would like to start over because it's such a mess, but also want to save the data from the first 15 years. From my research the only option is to cancel my current subscription (and the data will only be saved for a year) and start over. I understand you can't move the customers over, just products and services and lists, I believe. Is that the only way to start over or is there a better way to keep the customer information, but delete all the products and start over? Of course I will lose all the data regarding who bought what, etc. Thank you for any advice for me.Thank you.
Just received my renewal notice, and what do you think - Intuit raised the price again!!! Your opinion please. Also, while they keep increasing the price they don't stop with the annoying pops-ups an display to hawk some product. I don't know about you, but using a desktop version and not their Cloud version, I don't know why I need to have the constant annoying pop-ups and usually at the most awkward times like when your CPA is reviewing the books. Does anyone out there know how to stop Intuit sales pitches from the Desktop version. It's bad enough to have to endure annual cost increases, but those annoying popups! HELP!!!
Due to the size of our current database. We would like to condense our Desktop database file. Can you provide instructions on how to proceed?
Has anyone who is running Desktop for Mac 2021 upgraded to Tahoe (version 26)? If you have, is it running correctly?
Why is Quickbooks online now showing the project title under the address on the estimate? We would prefer to not have it there, but I can't figure out how to change it back to how it used to be (only the customer name and address were listed under "Address" before)
I bought a new laptop that I was planning to use as the server pc. Downloaded Desktop server manager, everything was working great. Then, The fan on the laptop kicked on and wouldn't go off. I tried everything. Then I decided to do a system restore to a few days earlier and forgot to back up my file. Now I can't find it. Fan is still on, thinking I"m going to have to return the laptop. But finding my QB file is my priority. When i click on the folder it was in in file explorer, it says it's unavailable. I thought the system restore didn't delete anything? I'm an IT dummy and this has me so stressed out. I don't know what to do.
We accept credit card payments under $5,000. When I have a larger invoice and unselect credit cards under Manage > Payment Options > Save and Close the option is not saved.
Title says it all. But FWIW, yes, the rent payment account is tracked for 1099 MISC and all payments were made from it. This is my first time trying to save a few bucks by running the QB(O) 1099s myself rather than pay my accountant (who I now have to pay to fix this mess). But for future reference, where was it that I was supposed to choose which form to use? I don't recall seeing that. I know there was a preview which I did look at, but all I wanted to see was the names and numbers.

How can I get back to prompt "are you sure you want to exit qb" I use qb desktop; I had the prompt now it is missing
Hi, looking for some help. We had the following issue regarding payments:1. We issue multiple invoices at once and receive payment for all invoices at via one ACH transfer. Let's call the first invoice run #1 at $100 total for 5 invoices, 5 different clients. $20 each. Let's call one of those invoice A. 2. When the ACH deposit transfer came through to my checking account for invoice run #1, it came through for $100. 3. Next, I downloaded the transactions from my bank and did a multiple match in QBO for the $100 to the 5 invoices, including invoice A. All reconciled, great!4. Then, we came around to the next invoice run, let's call this run #2. And let's say that one was for $200 for 5 invoices at $40 each. 5. Unfortunately, when we downloaded the transaction from the bank, the total amount of the ACH transfer was only $180 instead of the expected $200. So I checked with our ACH transfer ser
We have one employee who cannot see their W2 online. They receive the email notification stating their W2 is available online. They can see all of their paystubs online. When they go to documents, the last 4 years' @W211 all say "We don't have this W-2 yet. We're not quite sure what the issue is. Contact your employer for more info."
