Is it possible to have more than one bank account and choose which bank account you would like the invoice to generate from?
Has anyone encountered this issue? My company uses QBO Advanced. I recently updated the Memo, Line Item Description, and Reference no. for a couple of Receive Payment transactions. These changes somehow threw off the beginning balance for the bank account that had received the payments. The "Reconciliation Discrepancy Report" indicates the Change Type as "Account Changed" for both transactions; however, I didn't change the account. All I changed were a couple of fields that aren't tied to the receiving account nor the dollar amount. I called Priority Circle and they told me the only way to fix this was to reach out to our accountant and ask them to un-reconcile the periods in which those transactions occurred, and then I'll have to re-reconcile them. Is that really the only way to fix this? That seems like a lot of time and cost on my company's end, to fix what seems like a bug or glitch on the QB end. I am the administrator of a granting foundation. At the beginning of each of our granting sessions, we use journal entries to open an A/P balance with each of our grantees. We credit the award amount (let's say $15,000) to an A/P account (created for the individual grant) and debit it to an expense account (a general one called "Grants.") The grantee then submits requests for reimbursement based on expenditures made on the related project. Occasionally there will be a balance left over on what was awarded to the organization. For example, let's say that the organization with a $15,000 grant was able to purchase their requested item for $14,000. We'll write them a check for $14,000 and apply it to the "bill" created from the journal entry. This leaves $1,000 to be written off. In the past I've entered this leftover money as a write-off in a final journal entry that debits the A/P account and credits the expense account. This will clear out the account but leave an u

When I go into the ENTER BILLS screen, the columns in the bottom section where your enter the G/L account, amount, class, etc. keeps changing. Is there a way to lock this so it doesn't keep doing this every time? I'm using QB Desktop 21.0

I am still experiencing issues with sick leave in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. The sick hours are not stopping at the max accrual, and I am having to do this all manually if they reach their limit. Is anybody else having this happen to them. The prompts seem very self-explanatory. This should not have to be done manually. When I called Quickbooks, they informed me to remove the max carry-over limit...this did not solve the problem.
We have several Purchase Order templates. I wanted to add "Ship Date" to the header portion of one of our PO templates. On the template I wanted, I selected the Formatting tab, selected Manage Templates, selected the template, and clicked Additional Customization. I didn't see ship date as an option under the header tab. So I tried "Due Date" and "Expected" by clicking them and seeing if I can use those fields since they are not currently being used. Suddenly, a "Received Status column" is now on my PO. I didn't select this. I when the the Column tab under the Additional Customization and the "Received Status column" is not a column on this template. So 1. how can I get rid of this "Received Status" column? 2. I have a backup of my Quickbook file. So I exported the PO template from the backup and imported it to QB. However, how can I change all my past POs to use this template? I don't want to go to all my past POs and manually change the template.

Hi Everyone,Every time I log in to QuickBooks Online, it keeps asking me to verify my identity with a code, even though I’ve selected “Trust this device.” It’s happening on the same computer and browser I always use, with cookies and cache already allowed.It’s starting to get annoying is this a security setting I can change, or is something resetting the trust every time?
