Randomly, QBO is now stuck in an infinite loop whenever I view any vendor or if I try to view my Expenses. The screenshot is just a still image, but imagine it cycling through showing the "Expense categorized..." banner endlessly. I've tried dumping cache, clearing cookies, incognito, different browsers and still the same thing. It's rendered the platform nearly useless. It's extremely frustrating how glitchy this platform is. Any suggestions on how to unstick this?

A Chat Assistant has informed me that modifying a scheduled report is a feature not accessible to QB-Pro subscribers and we must upgrade to QB-Advanced to modify any existing recurring scheduled reports. (Chat transcript available upon request)

Hello, when creating an invoice (receivable) in QBO, am I able to change the receivable account that the invoice goes in? At the moment it seems to automatically go into our main/first AR account, but we have multiple AR accounts to track earned receivables vs contributions and would prefer to choose which one the invoices go into.  

I received a return payment for insufficient funds through QB Payments. How do I remove the deposit so I can delete the payment on the invoice?

Hi All I have been digging around ref these script error what have started happening to us in the last week. The machine is Windows 10 pro so has both Edge and Internet explorer.  I have reset the internet explorer settings and also removed the tick from IE that says about displaying script errors but still getting the popup attached.Error code 0Object doesn't support property or method 'startsWith'Any advise would be great as driving me crazy. ThanksGlenn

I am trying to find out the results from a case I put in for payroll tax and now I cannot access the chat

I have moved, and my tax rate is lower than in my previous town. I have 2015 QuickBooks Pro, and the computer is not connected online. I can see how to change each line item but I need all information / items changed to the lower 6.25% tax rate. how can I do this. it would take forever to change each item 1 at a time. 

I am new to using QBO, so please pardon the newbie question. I have a client that sent 2 separate checks to pay for the same invoice. I mistakenly deposited the duplicate check into my checking account. When I went to enter the deposit into QBO I realized my error. The client would like me to write him a refund check in return. How do I go about doing this in QBO? I am a complete newbie, so I need simple advice. 🙂Thanks, Jerry
