I have the Turbotax/Quickbook Self employed bundle. Yesterday when I went to file, it tried to charge me ~$200. I know I shouldn't have to pay this because filing comes free with this bundle. I connected with an agent, who tried to help me to go back into Turbotax through Quickbooks. However, they pathway they provided was a dead end. I fiddled around with it on the Turbotax end and reset my data. Now I'm just at a loss and I don't know what to do. Ideally, I would like to be able to start from scratch and reimport all my Quickbooks data from Turbotax. Any ideas?
So my last year pro advisor has all my documents, i have some questions. however they have completely disappeared and I REALLY don't appreciate this. I how do I change pro advisors? I can't seem to find a straight forward answer but i would like to essentially fire him for this and find someone else.

I'm trying to run a transaction report for last year that has Vendor, Amount, Category, Date, Memo. While I've found several transaction reports none of them allow me to add the category so I can summarize all expenses from last year by category AND list out all the transactions so the managers can confirm they agree with the category/account that the expense was booked to, I've added a screenshot of the columns available. I can add split and it shows some of the categories but if there are multiple I've seen several posts going back to 2021 and I don't have any of the reports mentioned. I'm getting a bit frustrated, it seems like it should be really easy. Thanks for any help.
My QuickBooks Self-Employed Etsy integration stopped importing transactions after February 8, 2026. Reconnecting fails with /api/v1/etsy/callback returning a 404. Multiple users are reporting the same cutoff. This does not appear to be a normal user-side connection problem. I already spent nearly an hour with support. They acknowledged the integration is broken, gave me no fix, no timeline, and no incident ID, and then tried to steer me toward QuickBooks Online instead. That is not an acceptable response to a broken core feature in QBSE. Please answer these questions directly: Is the QBSE Etsy integration still supported? Has it been deprecated or removed? Is there an active incident tracking this? Is there any plan to fix it, or is this permanent? Why were paying users not notified before losing a core feature? Will affected users receive any refund or credit for paying for a product that no longer works as advertised? This is not a troubleshooting issue. Incognito does not fix a 404

I have Quickbooks Desktop Premier Contractor Edition 2020. For my main business we "upgraded" to Quickbooks Online, but I kept Desktop for personal and because I lost so much data when we "upgraded" that after years with Online, I still need to log in to our old company file to get information. We started a new business, so I just created a new company in Desktop, because it's super small and so far doesn't have any income, so I don't want to add any expenses that aren't necessary. After I logged in with my password for the company file, it would pop up a box about setting up an Intuit account. I would type in my user name and password, and it would take me to another screen, and the only way I was able to get off that was to click cancel. Now, when I enter my username and click continue, it just shows the thinking screen forever and never lets me enter a password, so I am unable to access my account. What can I do? I can't access my company file at all now.
I'm trying to find a way to create a report for foreign currency liability accounts that is entirely in the foreign currency. For brief context, we're a branch of a US nonprofit based in another country. All our bookkeeping for reporting purposes happens in USD, but a lot of our day-to-day operations are in the currency of our host country, let's say XAF. Aside from our own funds, we act as a 'bank' (for want of a better word) for about 40 individuals and orgs, holding cash and processing transactions for them in XAF. These funds do not belong to us, so they are recorded as liabilities on our books. In our current system (two separate QB Desktop companies, one USD, one XAF), we send these individuals reports of their accounts at the end of each month, showing opening balance, transactions and closing balance. I am in the process of moving us to a single multi-currency QBO company and have run into a problem – I cannot seem to generate a report entirely in the foreign currency
1) BANK TRANSACTIONS: Report of all line items related to a particular SPENT or RECEIVED item which includes INVOICE NUMBER !!! (I've used AI and tried every combination of MEMO, INV, NUM and it will not show)2) BILLS: Report of all payments related to a particular BILL (if I click on the BILL, I can see it on the screen but I want this information in a report)
