I used to have all my current clients with open accounts as bookmarks then would delete their bookmarks when their account was settled and closed. Now it seems that it won't bookmark that specific client but rather bookmarks the new page from the ALL APPS side panel Customers & Leads. And this bookmark doesn't work either, just brings a blank page. Any ideas? Maybe is there a way to get rid of that new ALL APPS side panel? I don't have any use for it

It's taking me longer to complete a invoice then in the past. It is also making my invoice look messy with a total after ever sentence

Dear QB community! My name is Marion, I am new here.I am not a professional accountant and I am doing my husbands accounting. So far I waited for the tax demand before I entered the amount. Now our auditor wants us to enter the tax as "income tax payable" as a liability only. But I cannot find how to do that without making a change in the expenses and the auditor is not very supportive... We are located in Hong Kong and I'm using QuickBooks Online Essentials.I am very grateful for any advice! Thank you!!Best regards, Marion

Last month I sent two invoices to customers using AP software, and neither we processed.

I can't do invoices on this version as I don't understand it or see parts that I need to do on invoices.

My invoice is in local currency and the bank in local currency but i have error
