I'm trying to delete my InTUIT QuickBooks account, but it says I'm subscribed to a monthly plan, which I'm not.
We need to add a new user and previously we used to able to see "Manage Users" in the setting but none of us can see it now. We need to find out who is our primary admin.
However, I need to keep access to my existing 2025 company and all its data for reference and reporting purposes. I cannot find the option to create a new company without being asked for new billing information, and I would like to know if there is a way to do this under my current account or subscription.
It's been 48hrs now i can't get access to my account. I have changed email address, changed phone number, yet i can't get the code verification nor by text or call. My service provider has checked and there's no block on my account. I spoke to a QB agent, no solution given as on their end they are seeing the code was delivered. They can't do anything for me. I've tried the options from the community. Nothing works, how do i move on with this? This is really frustrating and trying to contact customer support is even more frustrating and time wasting. Help!!!
