I use recurring journal entry templates to enter my sales. If at some point, I change one of the line items on that template, will QuickBooks online automatically go back and change all prior entries made from that journal entry template even the reconciled ones?

I have multiple friends who use quickbooks and they can write a huge description in their product and services on invoices. I on the other hand am limited and can only write small descriptions and have to add a bunch of service lines on my invoices. Why cant I write larger descriptions?

I'm using spreadsheet sync to view my trial balance across 11 months. I noticed that total debits and total credits do not match, as the report excludes inactive accounts, even if they had balances in the period covered. I also have the "show all accounts" checkbox checked. Can I view my TB in spreadsheet sync in a way that inactive accounts with balances are included?

Hi!  I purchased a new computer and re-installed QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024.  When I look at my startup apps, there is a listing in windows showing "We counldn't find this app".  When I click on the details it shows a path that does not exist for a QBUpdate.  I attached a screenshot below.  Is there any way to fix?

We set up the employee (Class) for each invoice we do for a client.

I’m a 10-99 contracted with a company that had me sign up through qb. Every two weeks I get an email from intuit saying my direct deposit is on the way. When I login to QB I can find no records or related information. I also need to change my direct deposit info and cannot find anyway to do so.
